"Tell me about me being kidnapped, it doesn't make sense to me." It had been a few hours since the girl in the cloak met her mother, Luna.

"It's not a short tale, are you sure?" The girl nodded after Luna asked the question. "It starts many years ago, about twenty-two years if I remember correctly. The Horric Princes, all thirteen of them had declared war in the name of their creature and father against us and our father, your grandfather, of course. The war had been going on for a year or two before anything gets important to our current tale. Up until the night in question, the realm I created had remained a secret from the Horric hordes. The war had not made any progress on either front at this point. Both factions won some and lost some skirmishes. Yet somehow only our soldiers had died. Not a single leader or officer in either army had fallen, only the grunts. I had seen most of the death every night as I looked down from the moon on all of creation. I knew it needed to stop. I had heard rumors that one of the Princes had wanted the fighting to come to a stop as well and was willing to talk to any of our family to stop it. I first talked to my brother Aion, though he is younger than me I know he is wise. I told him of my plan to invite the Horric Prince to my realm to talk peace with him. Aion disagreed. He did not trust any of the Horric Princes, least of all the one I had planned to talk to. He advised strongly against the meeting. In my foolishness, I ignored him and went to the Prince personally and invited him into my home." The girl and Fa both sat silently listening to the words that came from Luna's mouth. "For two days the Prince and I sat with our councils and spoke of peace. Aion had decided to be by my side in this council. On the third night, our mother called your uncle to her side. She had a lead on the missing location of our father," Luna saw Rains confused expression, "That is a story for another night. The Prince and his council agreed to wait for Aion's return. As a show of gratitude, I personally threw them a party, sort of a celebration towards peace. The two parties drank and made merry for hours. I decided to go to my quarters right after the festivities started to die down. It felt as if true peace was only a matter of hours away. " The look on Luna's face changed as if she was pondering a mistake she had made. "I was alone in my quarters for some time. I had started to fall asleep. Normally I am nocturnal but I had not slept for the duration of the treaty summit. My body was succumbing to exhaustion. Just as my eyelids shut I felt a grip on my hip. I opened my eyes to see the Horric Prince above me. He held onto my hip with one hand and blocked my hands and legs with the other." Luna went silent for a few moments as a single tear ran down her cheek. "It turns out the Prince had used the entire event as a way to trick a gullible member of our family. As a result of my foolishness, the Prince beat and raped me for three nights. His wicked smile is the only thing I can remember, and the fiery eyes of the Horric Princes." The girl in the cloak pulled her hood up over her face. She could feel her white eye crying while her red-eye remained silent. Fa hugged her. She knew what she was thinking. "Rain, never hide yourself from me, it is not your fault." Luna pushed Rains hood down and moved her hair from her face smiling the entire time. The girl could see she was genuine with her statement. Luna continued, "After the third day my brothers both arrived. They found the Prince performing his heinous act. Aion started beating the prince with all of his furry. The prince fought back and started to run. Aion took chase while my other brother stayed by my side and sought to my wounds. He always was closest to me of course, I still remember his tears. The war continued to rage on after the day. All of the soldiers that accompanied the Prince were killed, taken to my brother's home and executed one by one. So many died for that Horric beasts crimes. Time passed as I continued my duties and fought in the war. Before I knew it, my youngest brother had pointed out to me that I was different. I went to my mother, The queen of the gods, and asked her if she had any clue what was wrong. I had feared I had become weak with my moment of weakness. She told me I was pregnant. Instantly I was put into hiding. We knew the Horric Prince knew where the realm was but didn't know of my pregnancy. I hid until finally you were born my dear sweet rain. The night I gave birth to you the entire realm beneath us, the realm we currently are in, rained and stormed until you were fully born. I feared I could not love you, I feared I would only be reminded of my failure and the events of the summit. But the moment my mother handed you to me all my fears were washed away. You were, are, Perfect." The girl held her face in her hands and cried. Fa held her closely as Luna continued. "I knew right away what you controlled my dear. You control the rain and storms. The rain you inherited from me, The storms your father." She smiled at Rain, still full of love. "We kept you a secret for two years. To be honest with you, I still have no idea how your father learned of your existence, but when he did he saw a tool to end the war. He laid siege to our home realm. It lasted months, finally, he somehow snuck past me and got you. I will admit I do not know the extent of his powers. I didn't learn who he truly was until after you were taken. I cried out for help and your uncle Aion was the first to respond. He came running and when he was told of what had happened he chased after your father to get you back. It took him a few days to catch up to him but when he did the wall between the realms shook with the clashing of their strength. Your uncle knew he could not beat the Prince and ensure your safety so he did something he is very good at, He tricked him. As a matter of fact, he tricked all of us. He cloned himself and gave his clone just enough power to hold off the Horrics strength for a few moments. As the clone did that he stealthily came to your rescue. He took you from your crib in the Horric Princes camp and ran. He ran far away, to the realm you are in now. He put you somewhere he thought you would be safe, not from the beings of this realm, but from your family. He was afraid if anyone knew where you truly were your father would come to get you again. He then told us all that you had been killed. I believed him until a year ago. On the night you killed those traffickers." The girl's eyes had widened.

"You thought I was dead?"

"Yes. At first, I hated my brother for what he had done, but now, seeing who you are. I am grateful. You have become more than I could ever have made you. You are beautiful and kind, loving and powerful. In time you will learn to harness your abilities and you will be unstoppable." Luna both smiled and cried as she spoke these words.

"I was just a tool for my father?"

"I am afraid so. I do not think your father capable of love. The Horric princes are made of fear and hate."

"Who was he?"

"Do you really want to know Rain?" Fa asked. "You had Torrik as a father and now you have your mother."

"As well as Fa-Lees here," Luna said.

"Please tell me." The girl asked.

"Your fathers are the Horric Prince of War, Ordik."
