The two weapons pushed against each other clashing with all of their might. The girl could feel the heart beating as the two blades remained connected. She had never seen a single item that didn't get sliced in two by the rainbow blade. What was this monster of a sword? She felt she was losing the clash so she lashed out with a fist landing a punch across his jaw. The Horric man wobbled for a moment. The girl took advantage of regaining her footing and distance from the man.

Fa had now mustered enough strength to sit up.

"Keep the claws out!" She shouted at the engulfed girl. She had not noticed that she had put them away. She tried to bring them out but couldn't. A horrifying realization dawned on her, she was almost out of time. She had forgotten she had an upper limit to her time this form before she would lose control. She looked at Fa.

"Help." Just then everything went black for her. The cloak took over. It didn't care how it achieved its goal but it knew it would get out of this fight alive with its friends.

"Let me help." A warm voice spoke out. The cloak didn't recognize it. It ignored the voice and went on the offensive. It pulled its claws out and started to lash out with all the strength it had. First the rainbow blade than a claw. Or perhaps a claw, another, another then the rainbow blade. It didn't matter to the cloak. All it knew was its goal.

Deep in the darkness, the girl floated. She felt as if she was submerged in water. Deep in the depths, she could not see. She knew what was going on somehow. The cloak was fighting for their lives. She felt useless. She had trained so hard only to forget why she had to train to begin with. She had never known fear like she had to this point. She silently contemplated her options.

The cloak was on the defensive now. Its frantic attempt at an offense blew up in its face. Now, all it could do was defend. Defend with everything it had. The strategy had started off well but after a moment.

"You're repetitive. Your not the girl are you?" Ordik was no longer laughing. He actually looked as if he could yawn at any given moment. "Can she come out to play? I'm not done asking her questions." Panic fluttered through the cloak. It was running out of options and fast.

"Please, we can work well together." It was the voice from the other realm. The girl listened closely, though she still couldn't see in this submerged place.

"Who is there?"

"We are connected. I do not presume to call you little one like the other does, nor little kitten like the woman, but I am a friend. At least I can be if you let me." With those words, something rubbed on her right thigh. It slithered passed her. Then she felt it at her left shoulder. Whatever it was it was large.

"What will you do?"

"As I said before, work with you." She then realized something. The voice was by her right ear. She heard it everywhere, but it started at her right ear.

"Are you."

"Yes. I believe I was always meant to be yours. The dark one told me to help the lost star when I found her. I think that is you." The girl could feel the truth in his voice.

"O," she hesitated for a second but felt deep inside it was right to do. "Ok." She felt five clawed fingers intertwine with her own fingers. A sudden rush of darkness was shared between them. She felt afraid again.

"Do not fear, the celestial dragon of the shadows is now at your service." A roar sounded from the being that shook the roots of the girl.

"Little one what was that?" The cloak sounded worried.

"It's my turn just be ready."

"But little one."

"Just be ready." The girl felt control come back to herself as the cloak stopped covering her body. She looked over to Fa and saw that storm had taken up guard by her. She looked towards a familiar sound and saw the blade of Ordiks greatsword coming towards her face. She heard the roar again and knew what to do. The girl held up a hand as the jewels of her earring started to glow.
