PROLOGUE

Her name is Zholianna. Only child. She's a billionaire's daughter. Ever since she was a kid, she got everything she wanted. Cool toys, branded clothes, fancy dresses, and accessories worth thousands of pesos, surrounded by maids and bodyguards. She's living in a mansion. She doesn't need to wear a crown to be considered a princess. But even though she has it all, she was not happy. She doesn't have a mom, no "true" friends, she doesn't go to school and she hates homeschooling, no freedom, and she only sees her father once a month.

Until...

She was kidnapped by a mafia boss 'men. She was not scared. She loved being trapped in that Mafia's house, enjoying life with the gangs, and being close to the Mafia Boss. Because there, she was happy. With her young mind, she wished that no one was looking for her because she didn't want to go back to her own house. She doesn't want to be imprisoned anymore. She was even happier when Maxus Calvin Stanford arrived. Like her, he was also kidnapped. But contrary to how she felt, he was not happy.

And then one day. . .She just wished that she didn't choose to live with those who kidnapped her.

"Help me..." Maxus pleaded. He looked into her eyes as he cried.

"Sorry," she said coldly.

"I love you," Maxus uttered, but she didn't respond or make any emotion. And then he begged again. "Help me..."

"Sorry," she said holding back her tears.

"I love you, Zho. Why are you doing this to me?" Maxus sounds helpless. "Just lie to me, Zholianna! Gaya ng pagpapaikot mo saakin! Tell me you love me even if it's just a lie!"

"Fine. I love you too." And then she pointed the gun at Maxus' head.
