Not Your Hero (Chapter 1)

(So basically, since I don't usually think I have anything to write anymore, I decided to try something new and start ANOTHER JSaB-themed thing! It's not stuff like Carol and Holly this time, I promise. But there will be some OCs. Fun Fact: If you look in the trivia of Player in the JSaB wiki, there used to be a star and a plus sign.)

The lonely red star dashed over to a giant tree. The tree glowed over the shape, looking different from any other tree.
"This is beautiful..." The star said, amazed.
"Hey! What are you doing?" A voice interrupted the scene.
A yellow triangle hopped up by the tree.
"Oh, sorry. I mistook you as corrupted."
"Everyone does that. By the way, who are you?"
"You can just call me Triangle, or Yellow. Anyway, who are you?"
"...I don't know."
"Well, can I call you Red, or maybe Star?"
"Star's good enough."
"Well then, Star, you're not gonna find anything by wandering alone. You wanna chat with us?"
"There's more of you? Well, I have seen many plants around... And by plants I mean living plants. You know, the dancing ones?"
"We know. Come on!"
The triangle dashed away. Star looked at the glowing tree one last time before following.

"Star, meet Square, Pentagon, and Circle! You can also call them Cyan, Orange, and Green."
"Hey." Pentagon said, kind of acting cool.
"Triangle, are you sure this shape isn't corrupted?" Asked Square.
"She said it herself. She isn't corrupted."
"Of course not. Why would I be if I'm talking?"
"Heh. You guys found a new friend?"
A big, rounded-edge cube with cat-like ears hopped beside the three shapes.
"Oh, I forgot! This is Cube."
"You can call me-"
Subzero came out of a portal. "DON'T SAY IT! THAT REFERENCE IS FORBIDDEN, CUBE!"

TAKE 2

"Heh. You guys found a new friend?"
A big, rounded-edge cube with cat-like ears hopped beside the three shapes.
"Oh, I forgot! This is Cube."
"For some reason, I'm thinking these are all boring names. Hey Triangle, can I call you Kayla?"
"Why not?"
"Square, can I call you Max?"
"I think someone is already named Max in a different-"
Subzero came back. "NO SPOILERS TO THE RED FLOWER EITHER!"

TAKE 3

"Heh. You guys found a new friend?"
A big, rounded-edge cube with cat-like ears hopped beside the three shapes.
"Oh, I forgot! This is Cube."
"For some reason, I'm thinking these are all boring names." Said Star. "Hey Triangle, can I call you Kayla?"
"Why not?"
"Square, can I call you Max?"
"Alright then."
"Pentagon I'm just gonna call you Penta because it's cool already."
"Heh. Thanks."
"Circle, how about Sky?"
"That doesn't make sense, but okay."
"What will you call me?" Cube asked.
"How about Armani?"
"Sounds cute."
"Yeah, it does."

"Come on, come on, come on!"
Blixer was playing with an unknown object.
"Uh... sir?" asked a corrupted plant. "Are you playing with the object again?"
"Playing? Hah! I wouldn't toy with unknown objects!"
"Like you toyed with the Paradise Tree without even knowing what it was called until sometime after you died and we revived you?"
"That was different. Get back to work."
Blixer was still playing with the object was the plant left. At one point, when he pressed the button, a small unknown thing came up from it. It was yellowish, and kind of glowed. At one point it burned Blixer's finger.
"AH!" Blixer let go of the button. "This seems dangerous. I think I know what to do with this, if it works. I'll test it."

"Anyway, we're going to work on a little art project, you want to come with us?"
"I'd love to, Penta, but I have to find my home."
Pentagon, Star, and Circle were chatting by the lake.
"Where is your home?" Asked Circle.
"I don't know..."
"Well, we didn't know where our home was at first, either, so this is our home now. Maybe it could be the same with you."
"I don't know, Sky. I just have memories of my old home, but I can't put together where that is."
"What did it look like?" asked Pentagon.
"It's hard to explain. It's kind of like a place with all of our colors in it. Yellow, orange, blue, green, and red. It also kind of looked like this place, and the tree over there was rainbow.
"We... actually have the same memories, but I guess we all have to accept that this is our home now. A blue world."
"I guess I could stay here, then, if I could never find it."
"Yeah, you'll only find blue, blue, and more blue here. Sometimes green."
But how can a place can just suddenly disappear?
