Not Your Hero (Chapter 7)

(Not Your Hero will probably have 12 chapters. Just a guess.)

"Do you two have a triangle thingy?" Asked Star.
"Unfortunately we don't." Moon said, actually kind of bravely.
"So we'll just have to run!" Heart exclaimed quietly.
All three shapes scattered around the room. Star was behind the test tube and Heart was somewhere. But Moon couldn't find a place to hide in time.
"Moon!" Heart called. "Run!"
"Don't worry! I know what to do."

Moon had perfectly dashed through all the obstacles Aftermath gave to him.
"Is that all you have for me?"
But do you know what Aftermath had in his hand? Glass.
"The dashing glass?"
After Moon said that, he got trapped inside the two glass pieces. Star thought she heard some music stop playing. But what was worse, was that when Star peeked from behind the testing tube, Aftermath was about to drop Moon into the blue paint!
"GO!" Moon yelled.
Heart replied, "But Moon-"
"JUST GO! I'll be fine!"
The two dashed to the exit. Moon drowned inside the paint.

"Welcome back, Star." Pentagon said, chill.
"Who's with you? And what's that?" Asked Triangle.
"This is Heart. And I found the Rainbow Staff!"
Heart looked down.
"What's wrong?" Circle asked.
"Oh... Right. Her friend Moon drowned in some paint."
"Oh. That's sad... I'm sorry."
"It's not your fault."
"Anyway, now that I have the Rainbow Staff, we can all go home! I just need to talk to Bli- uh, Prism."
Before Star could say Blixer, she saw that Square was watching the conversation.
"So," Square said, "You've been talking with Blixer this whole time."
"What are you talking about?" Asked Star.
"You almost said Blixer."
"No I didn't. Now let me talk to Prism. He needs me."
"I'll trust you... for now."

"Blixer! Blixer!"
"Over here." Blixer called the shape over, behind a hill.
"I found it! I found the Staff!"
"You did? That's great! And now, there's no other crazy shapes here to ruin this moment! We can all finally go home."
"And you won't!" A voice yelled.
Square was on top of the hill the two were sitting by.
"This land was almost perfect without you, Blixer! You should be ashamed of what you have done!"
"Don't listen to him, Star." Blixer whispered. "I only tried to protect myself the last time, and I had to use the treeangle to do so."
"Give back the Rainbow Staff, NOW, BEFORE I TAKE IT FROM YOU!"
"Run!" Star whispered to Blixer. "And give me the staff!"
Blixer did as told.
"I got the staff! Now let's go home."

"The surprise is done!" Square happily exclaimed.
"So?" asked Triangle. "What is it?"
"Blue cake!"
"It took you this long to prepare a cake?" Asked Circle.
"It takes a long time to perfect it, you know! Have a bite!"
Pentagon, Triangle, and Circle went to eat the cake.
"Heart, Star, want a piece?"
"No thanks. We're not hungry."
Star knew cakes weren't usually all blue. They were different.
But Star forgot to warn everyone about the cake. The three shapes turned blue after eating only one bite.
"That paint must be strong." Whispered Heart.
There was screaming in the distance.
"Blixer?"
"STAR! SQUARE HAS CONTROL OVER THE-"
"Exactly. I am pretty quick, so I brought some cake for the plants, too! It's a great party, right?"
Plants that had Square's color were right behind Star, Heart, and Blixer.
"And it's about to be even better."
