Chapter 9

How Julianne looked in the last chapter ---->

I ran to find Mathew in the town. Then I realized I left all my things in the cabin, and there is no way in hell I am going back to that damned cabin!
I got to the coffee shop and walked up to a waitress.

"Excuse me, but do you know a tall man with wavy black hair and had a leather brown satchel. He was here yesterday and his name is Mathew Warren." I asked her.

She thought for a moment before speaking.

"Yes, actually I do know him. He was here earlier this morning and said something about going to a cabin in the woods to find someone.." My eyes widened. "I'm actually his friend, so I can give you his address." She said. I nodded and she gave it to me.

I went to his address first, it was an apartment. I buzzed his room. No answer. I buzzed again.

No answer.

I getting worried. Maybe he went to the cabin. No he couldn't have. I have to find him before he finds Julianne.
I walked back to the cabin. I can't believe I'm going back to this place.

I finally walked through the woods and to the cabin. My jaw dropped, I can't believe what I was seeing..

The cabin stood undamaged and perfect. Like the fire never happened. The windows were in place and the wood was perfectly placed. I slowly walked into the cabin and everything seemed untouched. I walked into a bedroom to see my brother giggling and laughing with some girl. She had blonde hair and green eyes. She was wearing a red and white flowered dress.
I walked in awkwardly. "What's.. Going on?" I said that broke their conversation. "Skyl- I mean Riley! I knew I would find you here!" He said walking towards me. "Who are you?" I asked the girl. "She's-" Matt was about to answer. "I was asking her" I crossed my arms. She motioned to her ears. "She's deaf" Matt said. "Her name is Julianne" He said.

I stopped breathing, I couldn't breathe. It was like someone was choking me. I blinked and I saw Julianne with her arms wrapped around my neck. I tried to scream but I kept choking on it. She finally took her hands off my neck and let out a sinister laugh. I fell to the ground and coughed. I looked up and I was in what looked like an abandoned hospital. It looked like an operating room. I tried getting up but my hands were chained up. I tried screaming for help but I couldn't speak. I heard footsteps, and I saw Julianne walk in. She smiled wide. "People can't hear you now" she said. Suddenly I felt crawling in my throat and arms. I looked at my body and saw cockroaches crawling all over me. I looked back up and I was in a room with mirrored walls. I saw myself with cockroaches crawling out of my mouth, all over my body. I tried screaming but I couldn't. The. Julianne appeared before me. "Shh" she let out a chuckle.
Then I blacked out

I woke up in a new room, why does this keep happening to me? I got up goggly and made my way out of the bedroom.
Mathew was sitting on the couch, watching some football game. Obviously disappointed that his team wasn't winning. He saw me walk in and stood up. "Sky, you're awake.." He said. "No duh.. What happened?" I didn't have enough energy to argue about my name..

He stayed quiet.

"Hey! Answer me. What happened?" I asked again.

"You kind of passed out and had a seizure.." He answered finally.
I stayed quiet, remembering what I saw. "You kept screaming 'Julianne' and 'Help me', it was scaring me. And umm.. Julianne just disappeared.." He said. Julianne disappeared? Why was she doing this to me? What did I do to her?! I have to keep her away before she kills me or Matt. "How long was I out?" I asked him. He sighed "About 3 days.."

"Have you seen Julianne since?"

He shook his head. "Look, Matt. I don't think we shook even try to look for her.." I said. "Why?" He said. I decided to tell him.

"Because she killed mom.."

A/N: So I updated early this time just cause I have really boring life and Wattpad is probably the best thing ever. Now people are bugging me while I write this so I have to make this quick.
