        I wake up in a haze. The last thing I remember is the sinister laugh of Snow. Looking down at my self I see burn marks, whip marks, bruises all over my body, and worst of all a large gash on my stomach. As I stretch my fingers out to touch it I hear the calming voice of Annie.

        "I wouldn't do that if I were you."

        "What happened?"

        "I don't know what they did to you while you were in there but they brought you in caked with blood. I could barley recognize you."

        "Where's Finnick?"

        "He's with Snow."

        "Why?" I question before peacekeepers burst through the door and grab Annie by both arms. She just lets it happen and doesn't even fight back. Why isn't she fighting back? Why are they going to hurt her she hasn't done anything wrong.


        "STOP! TAKE ME INSTEAD!" I yell. I know the consequences of what I just did but i can't let Annie get hurt because of me. The peacekeepers consider this and drop Annie. I let out a sigh of relief before the peacekeepers haul me up. They drag me down endless corridors until we reach the same steel doors we did last time. As we enter the room I see I am not alone like last time. I see a very fit man with bronze hair strapped to a chair with their head looking at the ground. Finnick. What did they do to him? His tan skin was now pale from lack of blood and you could clearly see whip marks everywhere.

        "Mr.Odair look who has joined our party?" Snow questions cruelly as he grabs a fistful of Finnick's hair and lifts his head up so his eyes boar into me. He stares wider-eyed when he sees me. His sea-green eyes silently asks me if I am okay. I nod my head in response scared to talk.

        "Miss. Everdeen, how are doing today?" Instead of answering I spit in his face. That was probably a bad thing to do because his face turns red and his fist connects with my jaw. I bite on my lip hard to prevent myself from screaming. He bends down to reach my level.

        "I asked you a question."

        "Which i chose on not answering."

        "Oh Miss.Everdeen you still don't understand who is control do you?"

        "Oh yes I do Coriolanus." I say sarcastically trying to drag the attention from Finnick to me.

        "Sebastion, take Mr. Odair back to his cell and then come back so we could teach Miss. Everdeen where her place is." My plan worked i saved him but at the same time ended up digging my own grave. Within seconds Sebastion brought Finnick back to his cell and was towering me with a whip. 

        I let out my first scream after about 50 whips. I looked at President Snow only to see the creepist smile plastered on his face. He holds his hand up for Sebastion to stop.

        "Now Miss. Everdeen I have a job for you."

        "What do you want Snow."

        "I want you to call a cease fire."

Author's Note

Hey I just came back from watching Mockingjay Part 1 and let me say i was pretty happy with it. Yes it had quiet a few mistakes but doesn't every book adaptation.
