I slowly opened my eyes adjusting to the bright light in my eyes. I attempt to get up but my arms and legs are strapped to a metal table i am lying on. My arm is bandaged from when Johanna cut it and my arm is attached to some clear liquid that is slowly healing my wounds. Am I died? Is Peeta okay? Is Prim safe? Is Gale? Where am I? These thoughts swarm through my head until i hear the familiar opening of the Capital's automatic doors. I am in the Capital! I look up and see the familiar threatening smile of the worst man in Panem. The person who threatened to kill the people I care about. The person who put me through 2 Hunger Games. President Snow.

"Hello Katniss. How are you?"

"As good as I could be coming out of another Hunger Games. Where is Peeta?" I might as well show kindness so i can get my answers.

"I believe he is currently heading to District 13."

"District 13? Wasn't it destroyed during the Dark Days"

"Yes and no. They survived underground but no one knows how to enter."

"Why aren't they heading to District 12?"

"Because Miss. Everdeen there is no District 12." He stated as he turned and walked toward the door.

"What do you mean? What did you do? Is my family okay? Why?Why? WHY?" I screamed at the now closed door. I felt fresh salty tear streaming down my face. Everyone I care about, love could be died. I failed. I should be died. I should have died in the first games. The first opportunity I get I am going to leave this world to join my family.

The next day i am awoken by a hard slap on the check by none other then President Snow.

"I believe you have recovered enough lets get you to your cell shall we?" I nodded and followed him into my cell. Inside i see two figures huddled in the dark corner hugging each other, I can vaguely make out the bodies of a male and a female. Snow harshly pushes me into the cell.

"I will be back later to have some fun." Without another word he locked the cell and exited the room.

"Katniss?"

"Finnick?"

"What are you doing her?!" We yelled at the same time.

" A hovercraft picked me up after I shot the arrow and blew up the arena." I replied

"Me too, but your not suppose to be here."

"What do you mean?"

" Katniss, you are the symbol of the rebellion whether you like it or not. As long as you live the rebellion does too. You are there hope. We all support you."

" I didn't sign up for this. I didn't want to be a symbol for people. I just wanted to save my sister and Peeta."

"Is Peeta here?"

"No. President Snow said he was on his way to 13."

"Ahh... So you know about District 13."

"You knew? And you didn't tell me or Peeta. Wait, did Peeta know?"

"Yes I did and we didn't tell you because of the situation we are currently in. You don't know anything so they can't torture you for info. We decided not to tell you or Peeta."

"Who is we exactly?'

"I can't say that out loud."

"Umm... Finnick"

"Yes?"

"Who is that you are hugging?"

"Oh how rude of me Annie this is Katniss. Katniss this is Annie, the lover of my life."

"Hi Annie. It's nice to finally meet you Finnick talks about you a lot."

"Hello Katniss it is nice to finally meet you as well. I believe what you did for your little sister was soo sweet." But it doesn't matter she is died. Like the rest of my family. I must have started to cry because Annie immediately started apologizing.

"President Snow. He did something and he told me District 12, my home doesn't exist anymore. My sister was there and I don't think they survived." I say while still crying. Annie suddenly breaks from her hug and comes to confort me while Finnick looks deep in thought trying to remember something.

"Katniss..."

"Yes?"

"I think Prim and the rest of your family is in District 13 alive."

" How? What? Why do you think that?"

"Because in the last meeting we had before the Quell they were talking about bringing your "family" to District 13."

"Really!?!" I practically yelled

"Yes."

"Miss.Everdeen, President Snow is requesting you,"says a peacekeeper as he roughy grabs my arm and drags me down the hallway to a gigantic steel door. I don't care what they do to me as long as Prim, Gale, and Peeta are alive and safe-- the pain, the torture it is all worth it. I have 3 reasons to live no more no less.Prim.Gale. Peeta. I promise my self i will see them again. No matter who stands in my way, I will make the Captial pay for all it put us through. As long as they're safe.
