Stef's: POV
Today I plan on taking Lena
On a romantic getaway for our anniversary. She has no idea
The only thing I told her was to pack an overnight bag, while she's upstairs packing I'm on the phone with my mother. She asks
me, was l still planning on going to Venezuela for a year. Of course mom I'm still going, what about Lena she said. Mother she's coming with me Stef replies,
isn't she supposed to be running for state assembly Sharon replied
Sometimes my mother can be nosy at times. Mom l gotta go
I'll call you in a few days
When l get back Stef replied
Alright Stephanie tell Lena that l said hello Sharon says. Don't worry I'll give her the message
After l hung up the phone.

Lena's: POV
When I was upstairs packing my bag. I heard Stef on the phone with her mother, Lord knows l love Sharon to death. But sometimes she needs to stay out of personal affairs, why was she so concerned about me leaving the country with Stef.
I don't know if I should bring it up, to Stef or not about her mom sticking her nose in our business
I decided not to let ruin my good mood. I pack a few outfits for our trip, l brought something special to wear. That's gonna blow Stef's mind, l make sure to pack those bath bombs Stef likes. I can't forget my medicine to bring with me. Even though they make me sick, l still have to take them until the doctor's says otherwise.
I can't wait to see where Stef's taking me, l put Stef's anniversary gift in my pocket book. I'm all packed up.
I take pull my luggage with me down the steps, Stef carries my bag out to the car. And puts it in the trunk, l go back in the house to get my cell phone and keys
I make everything is off before locking up the house. Stef is already in the car, as l get in
I fasten my seat belt. And we drive off, baby how far is this place. Lena asks, love it's three hours away just sit back and relax okay Stef said. We head on to expressway.
