Stef's: POV
It was a little after six when we arrived home. We pulled up in front of our condo, it's been a long day. I just want to be able to relax, these last few days have been heaven. I have so much to look forward to, I'll be starting my new job soon. Luckily with my new position, we don't have to find a new house. Everything was already set up for us. That was included in the package when I signed up for the job,
The best part was we both have brand new cars plus a huge bonus. We have full health insurance, dental the whole nine yards. Jeff sent us a copy of the contracts, that explains everything about the company I'm working for. Lena's contract was a little different from mine since she has an educational background, she'll be the headteacher at the elementary school. Lena received the same package that's identical to what I have. I know Lena misses teaching, it's not like anchor beach. It is a private school for girls. From what Jeff was telling Lena, the kids there need to pull up there test scores. In order to move on to the next level, Lena doesn't need the extra stress
I know she can handle it.
But when she becomes pregnant
I don't want Lena to get to overwhelmed with everything
That's why she choose part time for now. And later probably full time, Jeff was an understanding guy. But he had no control over the administration of the school
Lena would have to sit down with the board. Lena has the position as one of the teachers
It's mandatory that they need to meet each candidate in person,
To go over the curriculum, policies  and procedures of the school to ensure that everyone knows what's expected of him and her. Lena's been reading the handbook that was mail out a few weeks ago, there's only five hundred students in the whole school. The other position that was available. Was headmistress
Lena applied for that as well,
I thought that was a little bit to much for Lena. I knew she more than qualified to take on that role
Lena decided teaching would be the best fit for right now.

Lena's: POV
When I woke up from my nap
We were home. I don't even remember how long l was sleeping for, all l want to do is have a nice relaxing bubble bath
And sleep in my own bed again.
It's always good to get away every once in a while. But coming into comfort of your own home. Makes all the difference in the world, l hope that l can get adjusted to our new life in Venezuela for a year.
I know it's going to take some time to get use to, San Diego has always been my home. After l graduate college, l moved in and started at anchor beach as a teacher and then l got a promotion as vice principal
I remember l was twenty six when I first started teaching,

She never wanted to settle down and have a family. Our relationship only lasted for eighteen months cause she cheated on me with my best friend. It took me a long time to get over the heartbreak, she caused me. I had a lot of trust issues, when I met Stef she was still married to mike. I let her know that I couldn't get involved cause she was straight, she sent me flowers practically every day
Stef was persistent. Until one day
I agreed to go out on a date with
Her. When Stef told me she was filing for  divorce cause her husband was abusive and a alcoholic. I felt bad for Stef was trapped in a marriage to a man
She didn't love. The only reason why she married him to make Frank proud, so once her divorce was final. We started dating
