Lena's: POV
It's been a couple of days since l went to visit the fertility clinic
to have a check up. They told us when we left the there office
It would be a week before someone got in touch with us
With my results. I've been trying to stay busy with work, l don't want to think negative.
Stef has been supported through the process, once we get the results. Then l would go back in for another appointment, they gave me a prescription for fertility pills to speed up the process. It help me ovulate quicker, l had been taking the pills for a few days now, they have some side effects like which l don't care for nausea vomiting
Night sweats. When I asked the pharmacist do most women experience these changes with taking this drug, she told me,
Out of ten women never complained about having side effects with this medicine.
And here l thought that l was going to be one of the lucky ones
To not have no reaction to the fertility pills. But l guess wrong on my part, I'll just have to deal with it. Until they tell me to stop taking them,

Stef's: POV
I'm not likely what these fertility
Pills are doing to Lena. She's nausea and throwing up
She has night sweats. I have to make sure she stays hydrated
At all times, Lena barely has an appetite. When Lena does eat it's very little, but this is what she wanted. The only thing l can do is continue to be there for her,
And hold her hand when she's sick. I pray we hear some news soon, we haven't told anyone yet
Lena didn't tell her parents and l didn't speak with my mom either
For our anniversary l made reservations to the end of dove hotel for two nights.
We leave Friday and come back Sunday afternoon, and I'm taking Lena her favorite restaurant on Sunday, when we return.
The hotel is three hours away from here.
