Stef's: POV
I just pulled up in front of the hotel. It's been such a long day
I parked my car. And turn off the engine, l made sure that I have everything. I get the rings out the glove compartment, l make my way through the motel lobby
I walked straight down. Towards the elevator, I'm just standing there. Waiting for the doors to open, when the elevator opens
I head inside and pressed the number of our floor. I just hope
Lena will be excited about my surprise that I have for her,
I set off the elevator. To walk down the hallway, l don't take notice of the people walking pass me in the hall. I take my key card out my pocket, stick it in the door. When I go inside our suite
Love I'm back l said out loud
I don't get a response back.
Where could Lena be, when I see the balcony open? I started to scared a moment. Lena is sitting down reading a book, l don't want to disturb her. So l go into the bedroom and lay the bags down on the bed, l take a deep breath. To collect my thoughts
I'm supposed to be writing my vows. I want it to come from the heart, and to describe what Lena means to me.
Lena's: POV
I heard somebody come through
The door. It must be Stef cause l heard her she was back, my mind is all over the place.
Tomorrow we head back home
This little getaway is what we both needed to regroup. And to continue to grow as a married couple. I don't know what the plans are for the day, Stef hasn't filled me with the details.
She's full of surprises like the ring she gave me as a. anniversary gift with the kid's birthstone inside, l can't get over how she knows each of our children's birthday. She usually forgets sometimes, l always have to remind her. This hotel she picked out was a plus, how they had each room design to create a fantasy, l like the set up we have
It's a tropical theme. It's pretty amazing.
