Stef sat down and thought why did her wife leave the house so quickly. Then something clicked in Stef's mind, it was the anniversary of their daughter's

She didn't realize Lena was still in a great deal of pain, after losing Frankie. This is why Lena wanted to have another baby, Stef felt bad for missing the signs. Lena still wanted a baby, Stef needed to be there and support Lena in every way possible, Lena held in the pain for a long time. Lena always persist that she was fine, and Stef believe her. But something in Stef didn't fully believed that Lena didn't tell her the whole truth. Lena knew how to masked what she was feeling,

Stef never discuss what Lena would want, Stef knew she could be impulsive at times. When Stef pulled up in front of the gravesite. A cold chilled ran up her spine, the last time they were at the cemetery was when frank died, Stef didn't want to have a panic attack. Stef begin to feel a tightness in her chest, Stef needed to focus on her breathing
Before getting out of the van. Stef already spotted Lena's car. From afar, Stef knew she couldn't avoid the issue at hand. She wanted to be strong for Lena
But it was impossible for her to let the walls down.
That surround her, every time she had been face with a challenge, Stef would skip certain conversations cause they were some what uncomfortable to talk about, Lena gave her the strength she needed to find her voice. Instead of keeping it locked inside.this had something she struggled with for years, before she meet Lena. Stef always did what was asked of her, basically, she was a people pleaser. Now she wasn't a force to be reckoned with, Stef held her head up high. And she walked dignity and not afraid of what people thought of her,
So Stef sucked up her pride
And got out of the car.
To go search for her wife so
They could confront each other

Lena's: POV
Lena stood in front of Frankie's headstone. Lena placed the new stuff animal beside the other ones, she brought over the years Lena started talking to her daughter. Happy Birthday princess Lena said softly, it's hard to believe your seven years old, baby mommy misses you so much that it hurts. Francesca the day that you were conceived was the best days of my life, Lena sat down next to the tree. There's not a day that goes by of me thinking of you, l guess God wanted you for something important that's why you were taking from us so soon.
I wished that I could get mama to come with me today, your sisters and brothers miss you as well

Lena has tears falling down her cheek. The good news princess is that you can be their protector, when there scared or frightened l know that you would to watch over them. Lena didn't realize Stef was behind her listening to her talk to Frankie, Stef stood there crying herself. When Lena turned around she saw Stef standing there quietly, no word was spoken. Lena couldn't stop the tears from falling, Stef bend and down to took Lena in her arms. As they cried together
This was long overdue to for them to grieve the loss of their baby girl Francesca Taylor  Adams foster. I feel now they can slowly heal together without hiding from the pain.
