Stef's: POV
When we finally arrived at the beach. It wasn't to crowded
We found a nice spot to lay out our towels onto the sand,
We had already got change into our swimsuits. I'm just taking this nice day, it's not normally this hot out. Just as long as l get to spend some time with my wife of sixteen years, l can't imagine my life without her. I remember we should to bring the kids down here. When they were little, we would watch them for hours playing in the water. Or building sandcastle s,  now that their all grown up. Now I get to do it all over again with the new baby
Lena's just relaxing in the sun working on her tan. It's hard to believe that we will be leaving San Diego less than two weeks
I can't say I won't miss it here
But Venezuela has amazing opportunities there. I'm just glad Lena's going with me, Lena has traveled all around the world
I haven't been to as many places as she has. We always said once the kids got older we would travel more, when I first find out about this Job. I guess part of me
Wanted to do something different than being a cop all these years, Lena never knew what my plans were. I was supposed to go with Lena to Sacramento before she resigned from State assembly, Lena made decision that our marriage was important enough to step down from her current position.

Lena's: POV
I'm just laying here thinking
About everything. I think leaving San Diego for a year to live in a another country, may take a while to get use to. Stef's looking forward to going to Venezuela

Don't get me wrong l love my kids. Now that every bodies out of the house, we have more time for ourselves without having to clean behind anybody or trip over skateboards. We always had to tell the kids to keep their rooms, our friends went to throw us a going away party. I told that they didn't need to, l finally in
The kids don't know that I'm going with Stef. We were supposed together for the holidays next year but we won't be in town. Knowing Stef probably told Sharon about her new job, Sharon always was known for sticking her nose in our business. Her and will are still together, traveling around the world knowing them. Nathan and l are not speaking he's my half brother from my father's first marriage. We never got along, he thinks my mom took my dad away from him. He's a grown ass man, Jealous of me
