Just like last time, I'm going to start off with a meme for each chapter.

The four lads always had the same shift at the Liverpool precinct. They worked three days there and four days off recording their music. It was the year '64. George had just turned 21, being the youngest out of the four.

Of course, being the way they are, they annoy everyone else with their comedy and always have fun singing when they don't have a call to get to.

John was the first one in that day. He walked over to his desk, opened it, pulled out his badge, then his gun. He clipped the gun to one side of his belt, and clipped his badge to the other side of his belt as he took a seat.

Night shift was just walking out the door when Paul came in. He had his badge on a necklace as he approached his own desk stationed next to John's on the right.

"Ey. Nice of you to join me here this morning. 'Ave you heard from the other two?"

"Uh, yeh. George is running a little late and Ritchie's on his way. He should be here in a few minutes."

John nodded, leaned back in his chair and stretched his arms. "Why do we have two jobs?"

"Because we love both jobs and refuse to give either of them up."

"Ah yes. Both keeps us occupied. And we love it, why?"

"As you said, it keeps us occupied so we're not so bored at home."

"Even at home, I'm not bored. Ye know, it's like we're never home. Working two jobs, both 12 hour shifts or longer. We come in at 6am. Don't leave until 7 or 8 at night."

"Eh. You love it. How many crimes have you dealt with since we started this job a year ago?"

"Uh..........quite a bit. Lost count."

Ringo was the third person to walk in. He had his badge also clipped to his belt as he went to his desk across the room. His and George's were together.

"Ey Ritch." Paul said. Ringo looked up, smiled and waved as he did what zJohn did and grabbed his gun from his desk and attached it to his belt. "Looks like he had his coffee this morning."

"That makes one of us. I better get meself a cup before I end up forgetting. Then I wouldn't have my fair share of coffee."

John stood up and walked away. "Don't get lost." Paul said smiling.

"Oh yeh. Like I will."

Paul shook his head and turned back to his desk. He leaned back and put his feet on his desk.
