It was now the middle of July. A few weeks after Ringo broke his fingers. His friends have been constantly messing with him about the incident, however, he wasn't bothered by it.

John got upset when he found out it didn't bother the drummer and he would try harder. Finally, he stopped altogether. In John's mind, he always thought it was funny to annoy everyone and the only way it won't be funny is when they're not annoyed.

It had been a very big day out. The four had no where to be so they had decided to visit each other downtown. Well, three out of four. The fourth one decided he wanted to pick up jogging a few months back so that's what he was doing now while the others were clueless.

John, George, and Ringo were downtown walking, not really wanting to do anything. After a minute, they stopped at a bench, eat down and continued their conversation. Ringo took out a cigarette and lit it. Then, he looked up.

"Ey. What's Paul doing?"

"Beats me. Haven't seen him. He wasn't home. Remember?" John reminded him.

"No. I mean, what's he doing?" Ringo said pointing over to Paul running on the sidewalk.

"Uh, looks like he's running from a psycho."

"John, he's doing a bit of jogging. Ever heard of it?"

"Nope. Doesn't look too fun either."

John quickly stood up and ran after Paul. Paul felt a band grab on to his shoulder and he turned around. "Oh. Ey John. Doing some running too?"

"What? No! Yer nuts! It's at least 150° out here and yer running, working up a sweat in sweats. Yer going to have a heat stroke!"

"No I won't. And it's only 95°. Deal with it."

"How can you even run at 95?!"

"I'm not the only one. Others do it too. Why do you have a problem with me running?"

"Because it's too hot! When did you start?"

"Three months ago."

"And I was over here thinking the only reason you would run is to get away from fans."

"That's what made me decide to run. Since I began running, I've been feeling great. It became a habit. Now I do it every morning. Today, I got a late start as you can tell since its nearing eleven."

"But it's too hot! That's the point I'm trying to bring up! It's too hot to run!"

"No it's not. If I get too hot, I go into a shop and buy a nice, cold water bottle. I'm fine. Maybe you should try running. It's good for you."

"No way! That'll kill me!"

"Shut yerself. I'm off. I'll join you three after my run. Deal?"

"Fine. To on yer run. Abandon yer best mate."

Paul smiled. "Thanks for giving me permission! I will!" Then, he took off before John could say anything slse.
