(Its thunder storming outside and the only song I can think of is 'rain'! Every time it rains, that song pops into my head............congratulations.............I am now a BeatleManiac!!! 😂😂)

As they were on their way to Paul's house, it started to rain lightly. They all parked their bikes in the backyard of Paul's house and walked inside. "Maybe that'll be a song I write about."

"What?" Ringo asked.

"Rain."

"Why?"

"Because.............when it starts raining, you see people hiding from it. Its rediculous."

"So, this supposed song is so you can make fun of the people who 'hide themselves' from rain right?"

"Right. It'll be a nice start to the new year, don't you think?"

"I guess so."

Paul looked out the window and it started raining harder. "Okay. When the rain lightens up, I'll drive you two home. You can put yer bikes in my car. One can go in the trunk and the other can go in the back with whoever is seated back there."

"Okay. So, what do you wanna do until then?"

"Good question."

John was down at the prison. Instead of talking to his father outside, they were sitting inside at a table, chatting.

"So, enough of this chit-chat and lets get down to business."

"Find anything?" Alfred asked.

"No. Still looking. I looked into the house you told me about in Scottland. Its abandoned. Well, at least, it looks abandoned. Went there the day after ye told me about it."

"Remember, he goes there certain times of the year. So, its a good reason. He really isn't the most........cleanest person in the world."

"Ah. Okay. How about the houses in London and the States? Can you tell me anything about them?"

"Uh, well, can't really tell ye much. Wait, around this time a year, he might be in London. I could be wrong though."

"But you also could be right. I'll get to checking there, and I'll let ye know. Hopefully he'll be stupid enough to be there."

"Don't think you better go today though, unless you wanna risk getting into some car accident because you really wanna get this guy."

"Remember, I still gotta head home anyways so either way, I'll risk getting into an accident. Besides, the rain doesn't look too bad."

"Maybe not now. But later, it could get worse."

"It might not. I'll be fine. Don't worry about me."

"Fathers are supposed to worry about their kids."

"I know but yo-" John started to say but cut it short. "Never mind."

"I what?"

"Never mind. I don't want to go into this with you."

"You brought it up. I what John?"

"Nothing. It was a mistake. Didn't mean to bring it up."

"But you did."

"I can see that. I'm sorry for bringing it up."

"Just don't do it again."

"Listen, I gotta go. I don't wanna make this any less awkward than I just did. I'll see ye tomorrow." John said standing up.

"Alright. See ye."

The two seperated and John left. He got in his car and went straight home. The rain had gotten worse and John just shook his head.

His car had slid several times but he managed to not crash as he pulled into his drive. He pulled his jacket over his head and ran inside his house.

At Paul's house, the three of them were sitting around with the television on. Paul and George were sitting across from each other playing chess while Ringo was just sitting on the floor, leaning against the couch, watching the television. He didn't care what was on, as long as he was watching something.

Paul and George were both smoking. Paul was waiting for George to make a move, which was taking him a bit.

"Go!" Paul said.

"Take it easy Paul. Give George some time. You know how he gets when he's losing." Ringo mentioned without turning his attention away from the television.

"Ringo, I'll break yer fingers." George said as he made a move.

"Wrong move."

"Well I can't take it back now."

Paul nodded and made his move. He took out the pawn George had moved.

"I guess Ringo was right."

"Ey. I can beat you at chess."

"Oh really?"

"Yeh. Really."

"Okay. We keep playing games until we go to bed tonight. How's that sound? Lets see how many games you can win."

"Okay. Sounds like a plan."
