Sana's POV

I was frowning the whole class because I can't watch Dahyun's try-out early this morning.

I huffed.

The only people who can watch Dahyun are Jeongyeon as she's the Captain and Tzuyu who will also try out

The only thing I know is Dahyun will try out as a pitcher since Chaeyoung and Tzuyu told us that she's really good at pitching and also a great hitter

I sighed

I don't even have the chance to cheer her up but I hope she'll make it in the team tho it really has a big possibility

I looked at the window

They probably started right now

Dahyun's POV

I smiled as I looked at myself in the mirror in the Baseball Team's locker room

How I missed wearing this old uniform of mine as a baseball captain

Jeongyeon-unnie suddenly pop out with a wide grin

"Am I the only one who's excited here? I mean, Kim Dahyun? Will try out?" She excitedly exclaimed and I just chuckled

I know Jeongyeon-unnie is as excited as me

We missed playing together tho

"The great pitcher is coming on her way" Jeongyeon-unnie have me a proud smile and a pat

"Let's just meet on the Baseball Field," she said and walked away.

I checked myself in the mirror for the last time and sighed before I went outside the locker room

I'm walking in the hallway towards the Baseball field but before I could even step in the Baseball field...

Eunha blocked my way wearing her Volleyball Uniform

She looked at me smugly and checked me mockingly from head to toe

"Woah. Didn't know Snow White can play baseball" she mockingly said

I smirked at her words

"If I know that you're going to play baseball then maybe I would join too" she chuckled and smirk

I deeply inhaled, savoring the fresh air, and smiled

"Like you'll gonna spike out the baseball using your hand?" I mockingly said

Her facial expression immediately changed into a frown and her jaw clenched.

"Listen here, Kim. If you think you can own anything here especially Sana, you can't. You're just one of the bunch of losers" she firmly said as she glare at me

I just chuckled at her childishness

"You don't own anything nor Sana, Eunha. You won't dare step on my feet because you'll gonna be stepping on a hard one" I firmly said as I looked at her intently

She just glared more before bumping my shoulder aggressively as she passed by me

After she's out of my sight, I exhaled deeply and shut my eyes in annoyance

That girl always gives me a headache.

Then I heard a clap not too far away from where I stood up

I rolled my eyes when I found out it's just Jeongyeon-unnie

So she's been watching us the whole time?

"Damn, Dubs. Those words gave me goosebumps. That's the second time that you let that Eunha passed you by. I thought I'm going to witness a flying punch through her face" Jeongyeon jokingly said and chuckles
I just laughed at her antics

"She's too low for me to dive in" I halfheartedly said and walked past by her as I stretched my arms for my try out

Jeongyeon-unnie just chuckled again

Jeongyeon's POV

"Damn, Tzu. I didn't expect you to be a great hitter" I exclaimed in surprise as I clapped my hands in amazement

Tzuyu smiled shyly and Dahyun chuckled

"Guess we're a great partner in communicating," Dahyun said as she's the one who pitched Tzuyu a ball a few times

"Did I did it great?" Tzuyu shyly asked

Dahyun pat her shoulder

"Yes, you did. I still don't get why you didn't join the Baseball team in our middle school before." Dahyun stated as she wiped her sweat on the forehead using her towel.

I snorted

"Because she chose to be a Student Council Secretary because Jihyo was there," I said teasingly

Dahyun chuckled while Tzuyu glared at me in embarrassment

Some students did a try-out to but I still could say that Dahyun still stands out the most.

"The try out is done" I shouted and everyone gathered up

Sana's POV

I waited patiently outside the locker room of the Baseball team

I texted Dahyun if she wants me to go to the Baseball field but she suggested I wait in the locker room since they're done

I didn't even get the chance to watch her play

Then I heard voices and footsteps walking in the hallway towards here

As I looked, my eyes slightly widened in surprise

Jeongyeon was talking animatedly while Tzuyu laughed
And Dahyun...

Dahyun is just wearing freaking tight baseball shorts and a Baseball uniform on top.

I almost choke on air since it's my first time seeing her like that

I immediately looked away as I felt my cheeks in warmth. I didn't know she could be that amazing.

"Sana-ya!" Jeongyeon called me with a wide grin
I awkwardly looked at them approaching me

I smiled shyly

It's my first time seeing them wearing a Baseball uniform

Dahyun smiled as she saw me waiting

"I'm sorry that Dahyun let you wait which is rude for a girlfriend" Jeongyeon teases

My eyes widened by her use of words and I heard Dahyun fake a cough while Tzuyu grins

"Shut up. You're talking nonsense" Dahyun glares at Jeongyeon

Jeongyeon rolled her eyes playfully

"Sure," she said and walked past us followed by Tzuyu
I looked at Dahyun directly in the eyes tho I'm trying hard not to check her out

She looked at me with an embarrassed smile

"I still don't know why Nayeon dated her. She's an idiotic ostrich" Dahyun jokingly said and chuckles

I giggled

"They're just the same"I playfully respond

"I'll just get changed and then we can proceed to eat our lunch," she said and grins before entering the locker room

After she entered inside, my eyebrows furrowed as I noticed something

Her eyes are slightly puffy...

Is there something wrong with her?
