A/N: I'm sorry this took so long; I don't know why it took me so long but it did and I hope you like it since it took so long to write! xx

Third Person.

Maya had an amazing night sitting with her mother until the both of them eventually fell asleep, Maya's hand on her belly and her mother's arms wrapped around her. It was comfortable and when Shawn walked in to see the two, he couldn't help but feel his heart warm.

He grabbed his camera and snapped a photo before going downstairs to sleep in the guest room, not wanting to impose on the two.

Now that it's morning, Shawn wakes up at seven and goes into the kitchen to begin making some breakfast for the ladies of the house. He cooks some pancakes, toast and eggs, placing them on the table with an assortment of fruit and spreads.

Once everything is set up and the whole kitchen smells like delicious food, Shawn makes his way upstairs and into his bedroom. Katy and Maya are still laying in the bed, fast asleep, and so Shawn comes over to the other side of the bed and wakes Katy first.

She wakes easily, her eyes fluttering open to the face of the man she loves. She smiles weakly at him and whispers, "Good morning."

He smiles back at her and replies, "Good morning, my love. Would you like to wake up Maya and come down for some breakfast?"

"Of course, thank you, love." Katy nods, smiling at her husband who leans down and kisses her quickly on the lips before going back downstairs.

Katy proceeds to wake up her daughter, turning to face the girl. She's hot in temperature as she heats up in her sleep, and her face is very pink. Katy strokes her face gently, like she used to when she was younger.

Memories of the blonde as a child play in Katy's head, her sleeping with her mother each night when her father didn't come home. Katy singing to her when a nightmare scared her awake. The two of them, together like they used to be.

"Maya, baby, it's time to wake up now." Katy says softly, watching her daughter for any reaction. When nothing changes, she repeats herself and then shakes her gently.

Soon. Maya's face scrunches up, annoyed. Slowly, her eyes open, blinking hard before opening them wider and looking at her mother.

"Time to get up now, sweetie." Katy says quietly, and Maya sighs.

The two slowly begin to get up and leave the room, making their way downstairs to the kitchen, Maya helping her mother down the stairs very slowly and cautiously. She's constantly worried for her, but glad to be of help in times like these.

Once they're down the stairs, Shawn comes over and helps his wife as they make their way into the kitchen. They all sit down, Maya and Katy falling in love with all the delicious food spread out on the table.

"Oh this looks lovely, Shawn. Thank you for making all of this." Katy exclaims, smiling excitedly at the food in front of her.

Maya thanks him as well before the three of them pile food onto their plates and begin eating breakfast. They all eat together happily, smiling, eating, talking with one another.

Maya loves it, being able to feel like a family. She lets herself be happy. She's with her family, she's dating the boy of her dreams. Everything is falling into place. She even lets herself think about the joys of having a baby sister.

She continues letting herself think and enjoy the future when she's finished eating. She clears her place and goes upstairs, heading to her room for a shower.

Since it's a Monday morning and she slept in, she has a quick shower, barely able to even enjoy the water wash over her. Afterwards, she gets dressed in a simple t-shirt and jacket, with a pair of jeans and comfy boots.
