Joshaya: the long game or never?

Girl Meets Nightmare & Advice.

Third Person.

Maya stands outside of 'Topanga's', not sure what to do or where to go. The cold begins to bother her so she starts walking up the stairs.

As she walks away from the cafe, towards the train station, her phone beeps from a message. She takes it out of her pocket and sees that it's from Scott, asking her how the rest of her day was.

Quickly, she replies, asking him to come to the station to pick her up. It takes about ten minutes, five for her to walk to the station car park, and five minutes waiting for Scott.

When he does get there, Maya gets into the empty front passenger seat, noticing Stiles in the backseat with Lydia, chatting together until they see the blonde.

"Hey Maya." Lydia greets first, calmly as always.

"My Maya! Hii!!" Stiles smiles, trying to reach out to his favorite blonde but Scott shoots him a look as if to tell him no to be so crazy since Maya's had a rough day and still has a headache.

"Hi guys, and Lydia." Maya greets them with a weak smile before pressing her head against the car window next to her. As soon as the car starts driving away, she instantly wishes she had just went home where she could nap.

But she can always nap at Scott's or Stiles' depending on where they're going. Based on the houses that begin to appear outside, Maya realizes they're going to Stiles'. Which to her is quite weird since Lydia is here and she's never heard of Lydia coming over.

Then again, it's not like she's ever asked them since that'd be a little weird and out of nowhere. It's not really any of her business either so she's just decided to stay quiet about it. Her head also hurts a little too much right now to start up a conversation about it.

That doesn't stop Stiles from starting up a conversation though, his voice increasing gradually in volume. "There's nothing better then it, investigating is just that only cool thing in Forensics Science class, you should have really done the class, Scott!"

The conversation isn't exactly the most appealing to Maya but since she's in the car too, she decides to join in. "What's Forensics Science?"

Stiles gasps. "Do you know the show, CSI?" He asks, very excited to teach Maya all about the subject. "The crime scene Investigation show."

"Yeah I know it." The blonde answers, looking behind at the boy. As he explains to Maya that the subject is basically like that show, Lydia watches them, fascinated by their conversation.

She not actually listening to what they're saying, mostly just watching the way they watch each other a they talk. Their eyes locked together, smiles on their faces, both so interested in the topic just because of how Stiles make it out to be the best thing ever.

Lydia smiles to herself, happy to see her friends happy. Stiles, even though he is very annoying, is actually a really sweet guy and seeing him act the way he does with Maya right now, makes the strawberry-blonde girl ship them.

Not that either of them like one another, but Lydia doesn't know that, she's just assuming they do since they act so close. But then Lydia realizes that Maya is also like that with Scott. Which is probably was Allison and all of Maya's friends get jealous of them.

"Hey Maya," Lydia interrupts Stiles. "Sorry Stiles, can I just ask her something?"

"Fine." Stiles huffs out in annoyance but waits while Maya looks to the girl in the backseat.
