"You can let go now Naruto." She laughed attempting to pry herself from her best friend.

"Oh yeah I'm sorry, it's just that I missed you so much! Ya know?" He laughed lightly yet eyes looked as if they were ready to cry.

"Naruto what's wrong!?" She placed her hand gently on the side of his face.

"Get dressed we have to see Grandma Tsunade." He chuckles while grabbing her hand. She had a black silk robe and had no shoes on.

"Oh yes, I'll do that right away." She smiled brightly and it made Naruto's heartache. It's the happiest he's ever seen (Y/N) and he knew in a few moments that happiness well flee from her.

"Wow, you've changed so much!" Naruto laughed as they walked to the Hokage's office.

"No at much as you!" She exclaimed and wrapped her elbow around his neck and ruffled his hair playfully.

"H-Hey!" Naruto yelped.

"Let's go get Sasuke! Surprisingly I actually missed him." The Uchiha's worried mood from the night before had disappeared since seeing Naruto.

Right after hearing the name Sasuke, Naruto's happy demeanor changed immediately.

"Let's see grandma Tsunade first." He spoke with no emotion.

"Alright, alright let's go then!" She then flickered out of sight and quickly made her way to Tsuande's headquarters. She waited outside the building for Naruto who was leaping his way towards her.

"You finally mastered the Body Flicker Huh?" He chuckled and they both continued walking up the stairs, there was now a weird tension coming from Naruto.

"I guess I have!" She smiled modestly.

Naruto was now quite while he knocked on the Hokage's door.

"Enter!" Tsunade's voice sounded fierce, which made (Y/N) swallow hard. Nonetheless, the pair entered the room and an overwhelming feeling of sadness hit the Uchiha.

"Welcome back (Y/N) Uchiha." The blonde smiled and focused her attention on the much older Uchiha.

"He's gone?"

"He just left?"

"I'm afraid so," Tsunade sighed. "But we are planning to bring him back you mustn't worry." She reassured the distressed Uchiha before her.

"Is that it?"

"What do you mean?" The fourth Hokage questioned.

"Is that all I need to know?" Her voice made chills run down Naruto's spine.

"I suppose so, but you must know we'll be testing you soon."

"Can I be excused now." She disregarded her "test" she's done so many at this point she could care less.

"Yes but-"

All she needed to hear was yes and she vanished.

"Naruto keep an eye on her."

"You too Shikamaru." Tsunade had noticed the Nara waiting at the door as she broke the news to (Y/N).

"She's finally back." He spoke his voice sounded as if he had just awoken while he sluggishly walked to the frame of the door.

"Not too long after I got here," Naruto answered.

"We should go check on her." The lazy Nara suggested.
