Chapter 3

Thea's POV

Inihatid ko muna si Thyrone bago ako pumunta sa condo at mag-ayos para sa pupuntahan ko ngayong gabi.

Nag-ayos na ako. And I am wearing a black dress that it touch the floor with a silk fabric and it has a slit on the side of the dress that make my legs expose and wear some 3 inches black pointed heels. I grab the black with a gold designs invitation in my bed. Astro First Class Auction. This is an underground auction.

I dialed the number of Polaris and Raven.

"Yes, Master?" bati ni Polaris sa kabilang linya. She's my trusted comrade in the organization amd also Raven. Still in her cold and serious voice.

"Did Raven ready?" tanong ko, tsaka ko naman narinig ang boses ng lalaki sa kabilang linya.

"Yes, my lady master" natatawang sabi nito sa kabilang linya. Raven has a playful attitude but her sister doesn't. In the first place i doubt that they are siblings but they are, they are biological siblings for pete sake.

"Okay, I see you there. Wait for me there at the parking lot" sabi ko tsaka walang sabing pinatay ang tawag. I grab my black pocket pistol and put it in my gun pocket at my thigh and also one swiss knife in the other thigh but not in the slit, common sense Thea.

I grab my keys and start walking in the quiet hallway of the condo until I reach the parking lot. I drove for about 30 minutes to reach the hotel that the event we're held to.

I saw the Cataline siblings wearing there masks and standing infront of there cars. As I come out of the car I wear my mask because it is a masquerade ball and also an illegal auction. There are too many men-in-black guarding the hotel.

"Let's go" sabi ko sa kanila tsaka naman sila sumunod. I took the invitation out of my bag and showed it to the men-in-black guarding the entrance. They are too many of them pero buti nalang at nakagawa na kami ng runaway plan if ever the mission is accomplished or not.

May kasama kaming naglalakad na men-in-black guiding us where to go. Until we reach the huge brown door and open it for us. Andaming tao at puro nakasuot sila ng formal attire and also a mask because this is a masquerade ball, obviously.

Naglakad lakad muna kami hanggang sa may lumapit sa aming pamilyar na matandang lalaki na naka-gray suit.

"I never expecting you to see here, Ms. Smith" ugh, it's him. My beloved grandfather is here. Is he here to interfere with my plans?

"Baka iniisip mong makikialam ako sa mga plano mo but no. I just want to watch the auction" tumingin siya sa mga kasama ko.

"Goodevening, Lord Roden" bati ng dalawa kay Lolo tsaka sila nag-bow ng konti. Tsaka ulit siya tumingin sa akin.

"What are you doing here then, Lolo?" tanong ko then he pat my head. How I miss him doing that to me.

"I just want to see my lovely granddaughter" nakangiting sabi niya sa likod ng mga maskara. And also how I miss his smiles and care for me. He is my father's father.

"So I'll leave you here. Goodluck to your mission and take care. Lolo always here for you and also just always trust Lolo" nakangiting sabi niya tsaka umalis hanggang sa hindi ko na siya makita dahil sa dami ng mga tao. Nakatayo lang ako nun hanggang sa kinausap na ako nila Polaris tsaka kami naghanap ng upuan. Luckily nakahanap pa kami ng upuan dahilsa dami ng tao dito ngayon. Illegal transactions are always crowded.
