The Family Meets ATEEZ

Although Raehyun was at home with her family, she failed to text and call the members due to her wanting to take the time to spend with her family, which the boys were highly understanding of. Between the eight male members, she really only contacted Seonghwa, Hongjoong and Yunho the most. Was it till her mother spoke to her during dinner that she decided it was time for her family to meet the other members.

So, in March, when the boys returned home from their small vacation in Spain, she decided to introduce the members to her family. It was the first time they would be meeting so Raehyun took extreme measures and made sure the boys knew of their visit and asked Seonghwa to prepare food for her parents, as her mother would love that of them. "Okay, I'm saying this now - give them a chance!" Raehyun told her parents, leaning back against her chair in the backseat.

"What makes you think we'll dislike them?" her father questioned, eyes on the road as they drove to the dorms.

"Just in case," the newly dyed, raven-haired female winked at her father as she directed him to her residents where she stayed with eight boys. "And we're here!" she lightly smiled, pulling her seatbelt off as the four of them exited the car.

"Noona," her younger brother, Hyunjun called her. She hums, indicating to him that she was in fact listening to his words. "Do you think they'll hate me?" he held her arm tightly, his spare hand rubbing the back of his neck.

Raehyun turns to face her brother, removing her arm from his grip to squish his cheeks. "Of course not!" she reassured him. "Why wouldn't my members like you Jun-Jun?" she questioned him.

"Just a gut feeling," he responded, ruffling his hair.

Grabbing her keys from her pocket, she opens the dorm door and yells into space. "ATEEZ! Where are you?!" immediately, the four family members heard multiple feet shuffling as the members stalled into the doorway with smiles on their faces. "Why are you smiling like that?" Raehyun gave her members a suspicious look. "It's creepy..." she mumbled, taking off her shoes.

"Uh, come in!" Hongjoong smiled brightly at her parents and younger brother, his arm extended to their dorm, welcoming them. "We've prepared food!" he announced.

"Ah, thank you Hongjoong," Raehyun's dad thanked him, allowing his wife and children to enter first before him.

Raehyun sat down by the coffee table and threw her coat onto the couch. "I'll be right back, just sit and talk with the others," she explained to her family, leaving to attend her room.

"Wah~ This looks amazing!" her mum complimented as Seonghwa thanked her for her kindness. "Wah! You're all so handsome as well," she complimented with a soft smile.

They continued their short conversation before Raehyun returned back from her room. "Okay, what happened while I was gone?" she questioned, taking a seat between Yunho and Hyunjun. "Did you embarrass me?" she glared at her brother.

"No," Hyunjun told her, side-eyeing her. "Unless you want me to?" he cheekily smiled as Raehyun raised a fist to hit him, scoffing as she glared at him playfully.

"Let's eat shall we?" her dad asked the boys, who automatically agreed, stopping themselves from devouring the food before Raehyun and her family could grab anything.

The entire time, the boys were very respectful to Raehyun's parents and her younger brother, welcoming them into their own and her family doing the same thing. They finished eating a while ago and now was just chatting about their life experiences.

"Oh! I need to give you your gift!" Raehyun jumped at the sudden reminder she had in her brain. Her hand rested on his arm as she got up and raced into her room. "I have it here!" she yelled, rushing back into the living room with a wrapped box in her hands. "Here you go!" she beamed, handing it to the taller male.

"What is it?" Yunho asked, opening the box before smiling widely. It was a plush toy of a dinosaur and various hoodies in different colours. "Don't you have this one?" he asked her, lifting the dinosaur plushie.

With a nod, Raehyun smiled at him. "We're matching!"
