I opened my eyes watching as his chest rose and fell evenly as he slept.
I didn't want to wake up. I didn't want to move. I wanted to stay right here.
I remember when I talked to Gionni about a place I could go where nothing would matter. No problems, no worries, just peace. I never would have thought it would be in his arms.
I never wanted him to let me go.
His breathing synchronized with the movement of the ship, creating a perfect balance.
My peace was interrupted by a knock on my door.
Shit.
I felt Gionni waking up as he stretched out.
The knocking continued and I sighed getting up. I realized I was still naked and grabbed a towel wrapping it around me.
I sighed when I saw my friends through the peephole.
"Go away!" I said pressing my forehead against the door.
"Londyn talk to us." Mia said and I sighed rolling my eyes.
I cracked open the door. "I'm about to get in the shower. There's nothing to talk about. I'll meet up with you guys later."
Mia narrowed her eyes at me. "Bitch you glowing."
I stared at her in confusion.
"You got a nigga in there?" she whispered and my jaw dropped.
"Mmm." Journey said. "We gon talk later."
"Like I said there's nothing to talk about. Go away." I said closing the door and I could hear them giggling as they walked down the hallway.
I sighed turning around finding myself face to face with Gionni.
"Good morning." I said quietly as he looked down at me.
"Morning, ma." he said reaching down kissing my forehead then my lips.
He held my bottom lip between his teeth for a few seconds before pulling away.
"Ima go shower. And then I'll meet y'all at the restaurant. They waiting on us so don't take forever." he said.
I nodded watching as he left out of my room.
I walked to the mirror looking over myself. I felt good.
I decided to go ahead and get in the shower.
I put on cocoa butter and sunscreen and got dressed in a matching crop top and leggings set.
I wore my hair in a simple ponytail and paired it with my slides. I took a picture and posted it.
