In Too Deep

Londyn POV

I woke up this morning to Gionni moving around.

Aniya still laid sleeping next to me. I looked at the time seeing it was 7 am.

I sat up and walked to the closet finding Gionni wrapping a tie around his neck.

My eyes trailed across his body. I've always loved how he looked in a suit.

"Good morning." he said pulling me into a kiss.

"Morning. Where are you going?"

"I gotta run past the office for a few hours. I didn't want to wake you up."

I wrapped my arms around his torso. "What time are you coming back?"

"I'll let you know once I see what it's looking like in there."

"Okay." I said before reaching up for another kiss.

"You got something planned for today?"

"I was thinking of like a girl's day with like your mom and sister and the girls. I know I could use my nails done."

"That's a good idea." he said coming out. "Give me your key you can take my truck so y'all will have space."

"You gon let me drive the truck?" I asked raising my eyebrows.

That was his baby I never thought this day would come.

"You think you can handle it?" he asked smirking at me.

"Oh yess." I said smiling.

"Aight then. Give me a kiss so I can go."

I hopped up pressing my lips against his.

"I love you."

"Love you too." I said going back to lay down.

He left out of the room and I listened for the sound of the front door opening and closing.

I got up and ran downstairs to see if he really left his keys and they really were hanging on the hook.

I was hype. I decided we could go out to breakfast and get our day started.

I went to lay back down until I heard people getting up.

a couple of hours later ..

I went downstairs finding his mom and his aunt Rosa downstairs.

"Good morning." I said getting their attention.

"Good morning Londyn." they both spoke.

"I was thinking we could have a girls day. Take the girls for breakfast and a spa date." I said leaning against the counter.

"That's a great idea." his mom said and I smiled.

I turned to Ms. Rosa. "If you want you can invite Melanie. I'm going to go upstairs and get me and Aniya in the shower. We can leave at 11." I said seeing it was 9:25 and that was more than enough time for everyone to get ready.

"Thanks Londyn. For being so kind I know you guys weren't off to the best start." Ms. Rosa said.

"We'll be family soon. I don't hold no grudges." I said simply before smiling and walking to the stairs.

I knew fighting her daughter probably wouldn't be the greatest first impression.

I made my way upstairs and found Aniya still sleeping.

I sighed deciding to give her a little more time.

I went to the mirror in the bathroom and started playing in my hair.
