Londyn POV
sunday afternoon..

"Hey auntie." I said kissing her cheek as I walked in.

"Hey boo. Hey Niy Niy." she said speaking to Aniya.

"Hi auntie." she said hugging her before going to sit down.

"Where's Gionni?" she asked.

"He had to go to the barber shop and get his oil changed. He'll be here later."

"Oh okay." she said.

I came a little early to get my hair done. I was long overdue.

"You ready?" she asked me as we went to her room.

I nodded sitting in the chair.

"You know what you want?"

I shook my head. "I trust you." I said and she smiled at me.

"I think Ima take you out of your comfort zone."

"How?" I asked curiously.

"Color." she said standing behind me looking at me through the mirror.

I bit on my bottom lip thinking. I've never done color before but I trusted her. "Alright." I said and she got started.

two hours later..

"Auntie." I said speechless.

"Let me hear it." she said fluffing my hair.

"I look good." I said admiring the way my curls fell around my face. "Thank you so much." I said hugging her.

I went in my purse pulling out the $300 i got from the ATM earlier and handed it to her.

She set it in a drawer. "You're welcome, boo."

"Auntie you just started something and you don't even know it."

"Oh lord." she said laughing. "Let's go downstairs I hear people here."

"I'm right behind you." I said pulling my phone out taking a video and sending it to Gionni.

3:25 p.m. me you like ?

I went downstairs to sit down finding my cousins.

"Damn!" Milly said looking at me.

"You like it?"

"Girl I love it. This color is bomb on you."

"Thanks." I said. "Your momma did it."

"She did that. You look bomb. Chase look." she said.

He looked at me. "Okay Ms. Londyn. It's giving everything it's supposed to have gave." he said being dramatic again making me laugh.
