11th July, Thursday
"I am home!" (Y/N) yelled happily as he took of his shoes before entering the living room followed by the kitchen where his mother was.
"Hello sweetie, dinner will be ready in half an hour. How was your day?" His mother asked with a smile as her son gave her a kiss on the cheek.
"Really good. Kai will be flying tomorrow, we just walked around today. What did you do?" The (H/C)-haired boy snitched away one of the carrots while leaning against the counter.
"Nothing special. Working, shopping, post office. You got a letter, it's on top of the papers."
"Okay, I will be upstairs till dinner, love you," humming a random melody the boy took the letter before running up the stairs to his room.
His day was very nice with the other male, but his feet were tired now after walking for almost 6 hours straight.
Flopping down while chewing on the last peace carrot (Y/N) opened the letter.
"I am sorry (Y/N), but that's my goodbye to you...."the boys voice got more silent with every word until he only read it in his head.
'...and your future life.
Dazai'
Reading it over and over again the male didn't get it at all.
Did he break up?
Did he leave him?
Did something happen?
His Dazai alright?
"He is joking...right? This thing is just a joke, nothing more," his now trembling hands let the paper rest in his lap.
"That's...that's just a joke..yes, just, not real."
Quickly taking out his phone, he opened his contact list.
Until now (Y/N) saves every number that Dazai had called him with.

"What the hell do you think you are doing? This isn't funny!" (Y/N) yelled as he finished calling all of the numbers he had saved over the last months.
"This is a really bad joke, really really bad one...." his voice was shaking as he couldn't hold back the tears in his eyes.
At this point he was sure, it wasn't a joke.
