Gionni had to push their flight back to Wednesday evening, due to him having some meetings that he couldn't reschedule, so the next day, Armani was still at Nayeli's house, while she was at work. Her brothers and sisters were also home, and so was her mom.

"Armani honey, are you hungry?" Nadira called down the steps.

"Yes ma'am!" he answered back, getting ready to get up. He'd showered and washed up, he was just waiting on a reason to leave the basement. He didn't want to be weird and get caught trying to see Nayeli's bedroom or something.

He jogged up, and made his way into the kitchen, seeing everyone there. The baby, Sarai, saw him and immediately jumped up to say hi.

"Hi Mani!" she stood at his feet, grinning widely, looking just like Nayeli.

"Hey pretty girl," he smiled back. She reached her arms up and he chuckled, leaning to lift her up. He held her at his hip while he walked deeper into the kitchen. "Wassup y'all?" he said to the rest of them, making them look up from the show they were watching.

"Wassup Nai's boyfriend," Ajani nodded. For the life of him he couldn't remember Armani's name even though it sounded just like Amani's.

"Hi Mani," Amani cheesed. She thought he was so cute.

"Hey Mani," he greeted her back, laughing. They all found it hilarious when Nayeli would call Armani and Amani would run up to her too, since she just said Mani.

"Hey," Omari waved. He honestly liked Armani, but he wasn't the most social sibling so he didn't talk to him much, unless Mani talked to him first.

"Whatchu up to, Mari?" he asked standing by his chair.

"I was drawing Polo, but they took my iPad," he nodded at the twins. "I'm finna snatch it back," he muttered, making Armani laugh.

"Ma you need help?" he asked, still holding Sarai while she just laid on his shoulder.

"That's okay sweetheart, I'm just about—Sarai...why can't you walk, ma'am?" she tilted her head once she saw her daughter in his arms for the millionth time.

"He's tall, mommy," Sarai replied, like Nadira should have known that already.

"Girl—get down and go sit," she chuckled. Armani let her down and they both walked to the table getting ready to eat.
