I wake up somewhat refreshed on Monday morning. It's the 1st of June, and I'm going to be starting my dream job: working at Smosh. How did this happen, you may ask. Well, a few months ago they were holding an event because they were looking for a new cast member. To qualify, you had to send them a submission video, where you talked about yourself and performed your comedic chops. I decided to submit a video, just for fun, so that least my favorite comedy group EVER would at least know I existed. I never dreamed I would actually be chosen. Ian Hecox himself personally facetimed me, and we discussed the work ethics, ect. I qualified, so I used every penny I could spare (along with the help of my family), and moved to Los Angeles from Nashville, Tennessee. I now rent a decent apartment right in the city, and I was allowed to take my parents old car, since they were buying a new one. So here I am, a 25 year old woman, already working my dream job and living steadily on my own. #Goals.
