The Morning of the UA Sports Festival
It was hectic, many emotions were being felt from everyone. Some people were excited, this was our chance to finally show the world what we can do. Some were relaxed, Satsuo specifically. He didn't seem to care about the sports festival at all, at least from what I could tell while hanging out with him this morning. I was sitting on a stool in his bathroom while he stood behind me, he had scissors in his hand and some gel.
"Your lucky your hair grows back kinda fast, we almost weren't gonna be able to do this."
"Why did it have to be specifically before the Sports Festival though?"
"Because we're sending a message to our Father."
"What do you have planned?" I looked at Satsuo in the mirror, having my brow raised slightly. "You better not dye my hair or something..."
"I'm not gonna do that. Just wait I'm almost done." He chuckled softly, snipping off the last bit of hair to get it to a length that was a little longer than my shitty breakdown haircut. He then grabbed the gel off the vanity, squeezing a small glob out into his hand. He spread the glob out around on his hand then started to run it through my hair, from what I could understand he was kind of gelling it back. But it wasn't all the way, I didn't realize what he was doing until he finished gelling.
"Wait... You styled it kinda like-"
"Our dad's hair... We're gonna show him he can't just forget you, and show others who you're the kid of."
"Are... Are you sure about this? I don't know if I'm comfortable with the publicity I'm gonna end up getting from doing this." Satsuo looked down at me in the mirror, having a look of reassurance on his face while he rubbed my shoulder.
"Don't worry little bro, if anything happens that you don't like then just come talk to me. And I'll be with you if the media tries to talk to you. So I'll be there to help you relax." I tilted my head back a bit to look up at him, nodding slightly.
"Alright..." Satsuo looked down at me, smiling slightly. "You know... Your pupils creep me out."
"Shut up." I chuckled a bit as he hit my shoulder, making me rub it slightly. I should probably make it clear now, Satsuo inherited our dad's white pupil eyes and eye color while I only got the eye color. After that I left the 1-B dorm, I still needed to get dressed for school since I came straight to Satsuo's room after waking up. I jogged over to the 1-A dorm building and passed through the doors, being met pretty quick by peering eyes as they noticed my hair. I looked around at everyone before smiling and giving a thumbs up.
"Don't worry, I'm doing fine now if you guys are wondering... As for the hair, it was Satsuo's idea."
"I think it looks good." I turned my head over to see who complimented it, it was Toma. The blind kid with the special headset visor that helps him see. He was standing by Sakura, which when I saw her I smiled at her.
"Thanks, Toma... I'm just nervous about the media attention that's gonna happen since I know people will notice."
"Oh yeah, definitely gonna draw some attention." Toma chuckled softly, looking back at Sakura to start talking again while I nodded slightly to myself. Making my way up to my room to quickly get dressed in the school uniform. Once I did I looked over at the clock to check the time. It was 6:35 and class starts at 7, so I'm skipping breakfast today. I straightened out my shirt a little before heading out of my room and out the front doors of the dorm to head to the main building.
Following behind me was most of the class, and other classes in the school apart from the R&D class and the general studies classes. In front of the school however were the teachers for each of our classes, everyone was pretty equally confused so when we got up by the teachers we grouped up into our class. Bakugou was looking at every one of us, making a soft click noise with his tongue as he counted everyone up.
