Satsuo Shinso's POV
I sat in bed, staring at my phone for what felt like hours waiting for a response from Amaya, I saw her start typing. But eventually she stopped and never sent a message back, I sighed and tossed my phone on the bed. Getting up and walking to my bathroom to take a shower, the 1-B dorm was nice in my opinion. But I bet it's the same inside as the other dorms, they gotta save money somewhere. I reached in and turned the knob all the way to hot, stepping in after getting undressed and washing myself off. After I got done in the shower, I stepped up to the mirror and wiped the fog clear to stare at myself. My purple eyes were staring back at me, my purple hair hanging above my left eye a bit which made me look really edgy. I really didn't mind though, I brushed my hand along the shaved right side of my head, remembering the face my dad had when he saw it. God that was amusing, I loved pissing him off. All of those high expectations he has of me since he sent me here against my will, he needs to realise he can't control me. Well... I guess in a way he can because of his quirk, but that's besides the point. My face was a little round, but I had a prominent jawline to at least make up for that.
After I was done with my little stare down, I stepped out of my bathroom and walked to my closet. Throwing on a black t-shirt and matching black jeans for the night, then I stepped out of my room and down to the common room. I was planning on going for a walk when I saw Amaya walking inside with her jacket hung over her shoulder, I waved at her slightly.
"Hey Amaya, where you been?" She turned her head to look at me while I came down the stairs, shrugging.
"Had to help a friend with something, nothing too important."
"Ah... Hey, you wanna come with me to walk over to the 1-A class building?" Amaya would look at him. She throws her leather jacket on.
"Sure why not?"
"Alright... I wanted to see what we'll be dealing with at the Sports Festival. Come on" I walked past Amay as she soon followed behind, stuffing my hands into my pockets with my thumbs still stuck out of them. "Sooo where were you all day?"
"I had to help a friend with some things... Why do you care?"
"Curiosity really..."
"And what killed the cat?"
"Oh shut up." I rolled my eyes, Amaya chuckling softly behind me.
"Oh... Jinsei didn't really like you texting me..."
"So thaaat's who you were helping huh?" I glanced to my right where she was standing, giving her a playful nudge and wink. She elbowed my arm away as I chuckled.
"Maybe, what are you jealous?" She looked at me with a smirk, knowing that would get me to shut up as I turned my head to look away. It didn't take us long to arrive at the 1-A building since they were on the same path, Amaya and I stood outside the doors as I knocked a couple of times. There wasn't any response at first, so I knocked again. Still no response, Amaya and I looked at each other. Shrugging as we just pulled the doors open.
"ZOTAAA GET OFF, YOUR HEAVYYY" I heard a voice yelling, they seemed a little younger than me. I turned my head to see a purple haired kid with a blue haired kid on his shoulders, seemingly trying to change a lightbulb in a light... Without a ladder.
"Stay still Nosido! I can almost reach the-" Before the blue haired kid, seemingly named Zota. Could finish his sentence, the purple haired kids legs gave out. Both of them tumbling to the floor on top of each other and groaning out.
"I told you two idiots it wouldn't work, we should just get a ladder." A red haired kid with yellow eyes was watching the two during the event, shaking his head before looking over at the door. "Huh? Wait..." The red haired kid stared at me for a solid minute before looking to the purple haired kid on the floor, then back at me. "What the... fu-"
