~{Izuku Midoriya's POV}~
(Manga spoilers ahead, beware of spoilers.)
"Get civilians out of the area! I'm gonna find the source of the explosion." I nodded to Todoroki after he stated that, turning and facing out towards the streets. Civilians were running for their lives, so I helped out by directing them to a safer area. A few other heroes and police were here doing the same, mostly just trying to keep the panic levels down so more trouble didn't happen.
"What even made an explosion that big? It can't have been an accident." I glanced over to the voice, Denki was standing beside me trying to help out some with directing runnin civilians. All I could really do was shrug.
"No way it was, which means we might have a big problem on our hands... Todoroki shouldn't have gone alone." Denki nodded slightly, looking down at the ground before then turning his gaze to me.
"He'll call on us if it's necessary, he's a very calculated person. No way that he wouldn't." I let out a sigh before nodding, he was right. It wouldn't be like Todoroki to not call backup if he needed it.
Our conversation was soon taken off track when there was another explosion further down the street, as soon as I heard it. I activated One For All and jumped up into the air, I had to act quick. Rubble was falling from a building and civilians weren't going to be getting away in time, using one of the ledges of the building as sort of a stepping stone. I jumped again before diving forward, smashing through some of the rubble so it was in much smaller chunks before landing on the ground and moving people out of the way.
The concrete from the building slammed on the ground and broke into even smaller pieces while I cleared the civilians out of the area and directed them down the road, we had evacuation buses to fill up and move them further away from the zone. But with how things were looking, we may have to start evacuating more areas than just in and around the immediate danger zone. With that thought in mind, I started to make my way further up the street and began picking up civilians who were further away from the buses. Carrying them with me as I hopped into the air to cut the distance short before dropping them off by the bus. I continued this for a while until the earpiece I had soon switched to life with a familiar voice speaking through.
"Midoriya! It's Todoroki, I found the source of the explosions. It's Shigaraki and his new league, they're tearing up the city!"
"Of course it is... Where are you? I'll be there soon."
"I'm over near the mall, you should see the chaos they're causing pretty easily. Get here quick, civilians are in the line of fire!" I finished dropping off the last group of people I had before rushing to an alley, jumping from all to wall until I reached the roof and began making my way towards the mall.
"Don't worry, Todoroki. I'll be there soon!" I traversed across the rooftops as fast as I could, jumping across the gaps each time they came up as I made my way to the source. What in the world was the League planning that required all this? Why now out of all the years he could have made moves.
I soon arrived in the area Todoroki was talking about, casting my gaze around until I spotted Shigaraki surrounded by his league members. He was making gestures, likely giving orders or giving some sort of speech to them. I soon brought my hand up to switch my Earpiece on again and spoke.
"Todoroki, I'm at the place you were talking about. I see them, seems like Shigaraki is giving orders or something."
"I see them too, where are you?"
"On a roof... What's the plan here?"
"If he's giving orders, then we wait for them to split off. Report where they go, and move in. I can guarantee either Shigaraki or one of his lackey's will be staying in this area to keep the chaos going."
