Jinsei Suchiru's POV
Our footsteps echoed through the tunnel as we followed the staircase deeper underground, Amaya was walking beside me while I had my hands in my jean pockets. I glanced to my side to see that Amaya was on her phone, I then returned my gaze back to infront of us.
"Christ these stairs are long... How deep do these go?"
"No idea... Hey, do you know why Tomura is missing three fingers? I just noticed today."
"Something that happened in a fight against some rival, hasn't crippled his quirk one bit though..." We continued to walk down the stairs, it felt like we were walking for fifteen minutes before the stairs began to end. At the base of the stairs it was a solid steel floor, and a short hallway that seemed to open up into a large room. We traveled down the hallway until we heard a voice coming from the room at the end.
"DAMN IT! I TOLD YOU NOT TO TOUCH ANYTHING!" There was a crash that sounded like other objects being knocked over onto the floor, and a strange high pitch growl like noise. I signalled for Amaya to keep quiet as we slowed our pace down so our footsteps weren't heard as easily. We made it into the large room and tucked behind what seemed to be an observation table, we were in a large underground lab by the seems of it.
"The... hell is Shigaraki doing with all of this?"
"I have no idea..." I looked to Amaya before we both slowly peered our heads over the observation table, across the room was a younger man in a white lab coat picking up a roughly monkey sized creature, the creature was a dark purple color with an exposed brain and four arms.
"You are so troublesome these days, I really need to make you something to keep you occupied." The lab coat wearing man set the monkey on his shoulder as it made a couple of noises in response to what he said, he then turned to face a workbench he was standing at. Seemingly working on something quite small, he bent over with a small blow torch and tweezers. Soon we heard the echoes of footsteps from the hall, we quickly ducked our heads down and held our breath.
"Have you finished our little project, Doctor?" I heard Shigaraki's voice, though this time it didn't sound like he was speaking through a gas mask. Both Amaya and I peeked our heads out again to observe, Shigaraki had his mask off. Revealing his uncared for skin and chapped lips, he was scratching his neck slightly.
"Almost, it will be ready for when our guest arrives. Don't you worry, i'm applying finishing touches now" The doctor turned his head to look at Shigaraki, he had a pretty clean shaven face. His hair was short and combed, seemingly black.
"Good... This plan is finally coming together properly, I'll finally have what I need once that kid is here."
"Yes yes, your greatest plan. Tell me how this will work again?" Shigaraki shook his head, scratching his neck a little more aggressively, he was getting annoyed.
"For a scientist, you truly are stupid... Once we have that kid on our side, we will have the perfect tool to break the hopes of all those idiotic heroes in training... Not only that, but we would have a great asset on our side."
"I don't see how that kid's quirk will be so useful to you."
"Because it isn't not as of now at least... But with a proper push towards true power and he will likely be our best fighter... I've done lots of research into that ink of his." Shigaraki turned and stepped towards a large computer near the workbench, there were all sorts of wires hooked up to it. Likely to power the thing. He logged in and opened up a file, showing tons of notes and pictures he had made and gathered. "His ink... could be used for many things... You see, he could create practically anything... As long as it's formed from his ink he can control it." Shigaraki turned to face the doctor. "He could create an entire army for us..."
