A few hours had passed since you left now, and you'd just finished cleaning the last small hand gun that absolutely needed it. Shane had even started to teach Andrea how to take her own gun apart and put it back together. You smile lightly at this. Andrea had been struggling since Amy died, and it was good for Shane to try and keep her mind off things. She was probably keeping his mind off Lori, so it was a win-win. You were about to turn to Glenn and ask for your rifle when the RV jerks suddenly. So harshly that you slip off the seat and fall onto the floor. You groan and roll over onto your back, "What the hell was that?" You ask as Shane holds back his laughter. "Ya alright, sis?" He asks while standing up and holding his hand out to help you up. Still trying not to laugh, but failing. He yanks you up to your feet, and you smack his shoulder playfully for laughing at you. "Yes. Shut up asshole." You tease back, while glaring at him playfully with a grin.

"Sorry, (Y/n)- I'll bet it's the hose again." Dale says as he and Glenn stand up to walk down the stairs out the door. Shane, Andrea and T-dog follow you out of the RV after you grabbed your rifle. Only to see white smoke rolling heavily out of the grill of the RV. Dale opened the grill fanning some of the hot steam away and his hand before he sighed heavily. All while Rick and everyone else made their way over to us. "I said it didn't I? A thousand times. Dead in the water." Dale says to you all as Daryl looks to you, then looks around at all the cars around us. He must of been thinking the same thing you were, because you both started to go through different cars. Searching for anything and everything you could use. "Stuck in the middle of no where with no hope of-" Dale says pausing to see you looking though a car, "Okay. That was dumb." He corrected himself making you laugh lightly over at him. "If we cant find a radiator hose here, then somthin's wrong with us." You say with a grin as you adjust your rifle to be in your hands ready just in case. "There's a bunch of stuff we could find. Siphon more fuel from the cars for a start." Daryl adds making Rick nod agreeing as you start to keep watch from the ground. "Maybe some more water, and food!" Carl adds in excitement making you smile at the boys enthusiasm.

"This is a grave yard. .:.I don't know how I feel about this." Lori says while looking at everyone expecting agreement. You roll your eyes and look away from her. You loved her, but she got on your last fucking nerve a lot more than she used to. It was the end of the damn world was all of you knew it! What did she expect? Supermarkets weren't exactly an option anymore! Actually, thinking about it now, a store of any kind seemed like a distant luxury. You look to Rick after biting your tongue, preventing you from snapping at Lori and her annoying habit of chiming in with absolutely zero intention of helping. "Should probably stay in pairs just in case." You state, and your bother nods agreeing with you. Noticing your classic look of annoyance, he wasn't about to aggravate you, any more than his wife already clearly had. "Carl you and Sophia stay with an adult at all times." Rick says seriously while looking at the two young children, who look around at everyone. "Aunt (Y/n), can we stick with you?" Carl asks looking up at you with his big puppy eyes that he knew you couldn't say no too. Rick look at you as well, with a slight grin. Silently asking you if it was okay with you as he knew you'd keep an eye on them. You wink playfully at your brother then smile down at Carl, "Hmmm... Only if Sophia doesn't mind helpin' me keep an eye on you, trouble." You tell them with a mischievous smile towards your nephew. Sophia's face lit up at your playful comment, causing the shy girl to smile fully and giggle at Carl. Carol smiled happily seeing her daughter actually smile for the first time in a few days. You knew she was thankful that you could make her crack a smile. Honestly, it was just as much a welcomed sight for you too.

"Hey!" Carl playfully states before sticking his tongue out at you, making you smile fully at him. Everyone laughs at this and Carl nudges you a little. You then nod at Rick telling him with your eyes that you had them. You didn't see it, but Daryl smiled at the sight of you joking around with Carl and Sophia. Your smile lit his heart up and it was as contagious to him as it was beautiful. "Come on kids- That mini van over there looks promisin', don't ya think?" You ask the two as you start walking towards the dark green minivan. Sophia nods and Carl grins walking beside the younger girl. You pause checking for walkers or anything dangerous in the van through the windows before you yank open the sliding door, that was thankfully unlocked. "Look! It's a box of chips!" Carl announces happily before looking at you, as if asking if it was safe to crawl in and grab it. "Go on you two. See what else is hidin' in there." You encourage with a nod and Carl jumps in immediately. Sophia looks unsure at the van, "It's alright, Sophia. Nothin's gonna happen- I'm right here." You reassure her with a light smile and she nods. She slowly climbs in after Carl, and starts looking throughout the back seats, while Carl took the front. You figured it was best for them to get a solid feel for scavenging by doing, that way they'd be able to help as they grew older. Being able to figure it out was always a great teacher for you anyway.
