"Do we just leave him in there until he wakes up?" Blair asked as she stood against a tree as her and Stiles stood in the middle of the forest as Jackson laid in the prisoner transport vehicle Stiles had managed to steal.
Since Blair couldn't exactly go home with the uncertainty of Derek's betas - she was stuck with Scott and Stiles as her own company which left her in the situation she was currently in.
"Stiles! McCall! I'm gonna kill you!" Jackson screamed out as the two opened their mouths in shock as Blair let out a grin. At least on the bright side, Jackson still hadn't pieced together there was a third accomplice or maybe it was because he hadn't bothered to learn her last name yet.
"Are we sure he doesn't know he's dangerous?" Blair bit her lip as she pointed to the vehicle Jackson was currently handcuffed in. Blair's phone began ringing in her pocket as she took it out to see Derek was calling her. Stiles tried not to gulp when he noticed the name flash on her phone - hoping now wasn't the time she decided to go back to her original side.
"I'm gonna go take this. Try and not get killed in the meantime." Blair told them as she walked away to answer Derek's phone call and got ready for the lecture she was going to get.
"Hey Derek, how's it going? Go for your morning jog yet, really good weather for running." Blair began rambling down the phone as she got nervous, biting her fingernail as she sat down on a tree stump..
"Blair, where the hell are you?" Derek asked in a low tone, telling Blair that he was indeed mad with her - making Blair curse under her breath that she had gotten him mad.
"Making friends, my only friend can't be someone in his twenties. You know that won't really play out well if I ever try to explain that to school authorities." Blair joked as she tried to get rid of any suspicion towards her so that he wouldn't try to come looking for her and find Jackson.
"Blair, are you still with Scott and Stiles? Isaac said you aren't in school today." Derek asked down the phone, clearly getting more frustrated at Blair's lack of answers when he was trying to figure out if she was okay.
"Well, can you blame me? At least they didn't try to test me for the Kanima and get me killed." Blair argued down the phone as she changed the topic with Derek, knowing he would change his anger towards Isaac and Erica once he found out.
"They tested you?" Derek asked, pausing before he spoke - which was a big indication he was furious.
"Yes, and they tried to kill me afterward. Technically, I shouldn't be the one in trouble, if you think about it. All I'm doing is avoiding the house where two people tried to kill me." Blair redirected Derek's anger as she knew she was getting closer to Derek leaving her alone. If there was anything she could count on with Derek, it was that his protectiveness over her was much higher than these new betas of his.
"They tried to do what?" Derek's voice evened out until it reached a flat tone. Blair smiled when she knew her work was completed and that she wouldn't have to try that much harder to throw Derek off her trail.
