Blair pushed open the doors to Derek's loft for her and Kira, the two girls taking in the sight in front of them as they surveyed the party. There had to be at least a hundred teenagers in the room, dancing and Blair knew instantly her brother was going to hate it if he ever found out.

"Oh god, Derek's going to kill someone when he sees this," Blair whispered to Kira even if the comment was meant just for herself to hear.

"Derek?" Kira asked since she hasn't met the man in question yet, Blair smiling as she began to explain exactly who Derek Hale was. The infamous werewolf still hadn't made his proper return to Beacon Hills in order for Blair to introduce the two.

"Yeah, he's my brother. This is his place but he's out of town." Blair explained to Kira briefly, knowing Derek had still been going on various errands with vague explanations to Blair besides the necessities of what she needed to know. He still hadn't let her fully return to the loft yet since he thought she would be better at staying at the Stilinski's since he wouldn't be in the loft most days and he didn't want her to stay there by herself.

"So, you're on clean up duty?" Kira asked, Blair jokingly, nodding her head, her lips forming a tight-line as she realized she would be the one who would probably have to clean up most of the damage this party would inevitably cause.

The two girls were soon joined both by Scott and Stiles, forcing the group to finally navigate amongst the crowd of sweaty bodies as Stiles began explaining the mystery key that he had found in his locker.

"It just showed up there on my key ring this morning. I asked my dad if he put it there but he said he didn't know anything about it." Stiles shouted over the crowd, pushing himself ahead as he tried to navigate himself without bumping into anyone. Blair listening to Stiles describe the key that he still hadn't shown either of them as he kept it in his pocket for safekeeping.

"It's just a key, right?" Scott asked, not understanding the big deal if it was just a key since it couldn't mean anything that bad. Both Kira and Blair beginning to grow claustrophobic in the crowd with the bodies slamming against them any time they turned or tried to move.

"Yeah, but it's not mine. And I don't know how it got there or what it's for." Stiles explained, Scott, moving so that he could talk more clearly to Stiles despite the fact that he had werewolf hearing and could probably hear him from the opposite side of the room.

"Maybe it'll be a key to a car or something and not anything bad, Buzzcut. Not everything that happens to us has to mean something bad." Blair tried to reassure him since Stiles had the tendency to connect everything in their lives to the supernatural world rather than just taking it as a simple coincidence.

"You want to leave so we can figure it out?" Scott asked, Stiles, trying to decide if it was a big enough problem for him to leave the rave until a girl in a pastel wig walked over and kissed Stiles on the cheek  - leaving a bright lipstick mark on him before telling him Happy Halloween and leaving into the crowd. The three smiling in amusement at Stiles awestruck expression at the girl who had just kissed him.
