"Blair?" Blair answered her phone to hear Melissa McCall's familiar voice fill through the speakers - wondering why Melissa was calling her or how she had gotten her number. Blair had been in Peter's apartment to grab some weapons that she had stashed there from over the summer.
She headed to his apartment once Derek had told her he hadn't heard from Isaac since last night. The boy hadn't checked in with any of his pack after he went searching the bank for any clues of the Alpha pack. Blair knew as soon as he told her the news that it was out to her to track down Isaac and bring him back.
"Isaac's in the hospital, he told me to call you as one of his emergency contracts." Blair grabbed her keys off the desk as soon as she heard those words, not hesitating for a second once she heard Isaac was in the hospital trying to figure out what he had done to land himself in the hospital. Demonstrating exactly why Derek's plan to split up Blair and Isaac was an awful idea like she has called from the start - knowing that the two of them should have continued to investigate the rest of the leads together.
"I'll be right there. Did you call Derek?" Blair asked Melissa knowing Derek would want to know where his beta was, considering he had woken Blair up early this morning to tell her he was going out to search for the alpha pack for any leads.
"I left him multiple messages, he isn't picking up. Isaac told me to call you and Scott instead." Melissa admitted to Blair, Blair bidding goodbye shortly after thanking Melissa for calling her. Blair knew far more about the supernatural world than Melissa and the older woman trusted Blair to help hide Isaac's healing wounds much more than she did herself.
"Blair, you know you have to go to school and you also, don't live here," Peter informed as Blair ran out of the house, giving Peter the middle finger as she ran out of the house. Peter began rolling his eyes at Blair's immaturity, not liking that Blair was comfortable even enough to think she could run into his apartment without warning.
Blair managed to hide her polearm against her back, turning it invisible as she rushed into the hospital. Not wanting anyone to question her on why she was carrying a weapon through the hospital. Melissa caught up instantly with Blair once she spotted her walking through the glass doors of the hospital entrance, giving her a quick hug in greeting.
"Thank god, Blair. Derek still hasn't answered his phone and neither has Scott. This is his room number." Blair nodded, taking the slip of paper from Melissa as she ran to Isaac's room - desperate to try and help her best friend and also interrogate him on his previous whereabouts of the night. Blair searched the empty room as she realized Isaac wasn't in here and might already be in surgery.
"Oh shit," Blair whispered to herself as she left the room, turning to bump into one of the people she was trying to avoid: Scott McCall. The two stared at each other awkwardly considering they hadn't seen other in over a month ever since he had tried to kiss her and she had run away.
