"Jesus, your mum deserves a raise." Blair pointed out to Scott once she saw all the ambulances outside of the hospital carrying all of the casualties from an accident downtown getting carried in gurneys. Blair worrying about all the work the hospital was going to have to do in order to take care of all the patients they were getting especially Melissa who always seemed to be overexerting herself.

"Yeah, she definitely does. Thanks again, for keeping me company to get her dinner." Scott joked as he held his mom's dinner in one hand while his other hand was currently intertwined in Blair's. Blair smiling gently as she nodded knowing she had no other plans that night and spending time with Scott was one of the best ways she could possibly think of to spend it. Scott had been trying to make more of an effort with the two of them to show Blair he was serious about the conversation on the bus and even with all the supernatural nonsense going on - he had done a good job so far.

The two teenagers entered the hospital as Scott held up the dinner so that his mum could see the bag over the busy crowd of people in the entrance, Melissa coming towards them with a bright smile on her face - mostly likely directed towards the bag of food in Scott's hand rather than them.

"I'm starving." Blair couldn't help but smile at how delighted Melissa seemed to be with her food when she took it off Scott without greeting him first.

"Oh. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Thank you for bringing me dinner. It's good to see you again, Blair." Melissa thanked Scott and brought him into a hug before greeting Blair, Scott and Blair both amused at Melissa's behavior as they smiled brightly at her.

Melissa was still confused if Blair and Scott were dating yet considering Scott had told Melissa all about his interest in Blair, actually describing how Blair was the only girl he could see himself moving on from Allison with. She wasn't surprised by that considering the amount she had seen the two of them together she was surprised they weren't dating yet.

"Is everything okay?" Scott asked considering how busy the hospital was, which was unusual since they usually didn't have that many major accidents in Beacon Hills. Well, at least major human accidents.

"Except for half the accident victims in a 10-car pile-up being rerouted here from downtown, and the ER attending not answering any of his pages? Yeah, I'm okay." Melissa ranted to the two teenagers as she explained the situation. Melissa beginning to become stressed with the lack of help she was getting in the hospital. Blair's eyes widening at the news since she actually was able to understand what she meant whereas Scott was just confused.

"What does 'not answering pages' mean?" Scott asked, Blair more in shock at Scott's question than the situation considering she thought this was common knowledge due to the number of medical dramas on tv.

"You've never watched Grey's Anatomy? It's common knowledge." Blair asked, Scott, shaking his head no as Blair turned her head in shame of Scott's lack of knowledge of any famous pop culture - something she had heard Stiles repeatedly complain about due to Scott's cluelessness whenever he made Star Wars references. Blair deciding that she was going to need to catch him up on all of the pop cultures he seemed to miss out on.
