Someone new

After analysing the situation, Hwang decided to introduce Mark to Yugyeom and Bambam, but he could only do so if they agreed as he didn't want to force any of his paitents to do anything they don't want to do. The reason he picked them was that they were younger then Mark and they interact easily with others without hesitation, but they were really sensitive at the same time. He could be making a mistake, but he was sure that that was the best option. The only way to find out was through trial and error. 

He walked towards their room, mentally preparing for the answer he hoped he wouldn't hear and was trying to find a way to convince them to help him as he really wanted to get Mark back on the road to recovery. He thought that it was going to be a difficult task as he knew the two boys had only recently become friends and he really didn't want to pressure them into anything but they were his only hope at the moment in regards to Mark, but he was ready for everything and anything.

Hyunjin had knocked softly and once he had heard a soft come in he walked in to see the two males sitting comfortably on the floor indulged in their current conversation. Hyunjin took a seat on Bambam's bed and looked at the two before explaining what his plan was and how he needed their help. Once completely discussing his ideas he looked at the two with hope filled eyes.

"Sure, do you agree Bam?" Yugyeom questioned

"Yeah, why not?" Bambam replied

"Please help- wait, did you say yes?"

"Of course we will help you, just tell us who he is and when we are meeting him"

"Thank you, really I can't tell you how thankful I am of you two. His name is Mark Tuan and he hasn't interacted with someone for a while because every time he tried he got sick to the stomach and we would have to isolate him for the next 24 hours. I will have to talk with him about this and then I'll let you know when and where, You may have to go to his room to do it as he has one of the closest rooms to the infirmary" Hyunjin warns as he knows that it may be a shock if he doesn't tell the two younger males.

"I'm grateful that you chose us, and we are willing to help in anyway possible even if it is to help Mark to the infirmary... But can I ask why?" Yugyeom says with curiosity.

"The answer is quite simple actually. You both are young, your sensitive and you can interact easily with others even those who don't talk to anyone usually open up around you two. You two are talkative people and he is a shy and quiet young man who needs help interacting with people, so in a way you will complement each other and make up for what the other lacks.. if that makes sense." The two males nod in unison.

"OK, well just let us know when and we will be ready and prepared for anything and everything."

"I will" with that Hyunjin left the room a smile plastered on his face. Now all he had to do was talk to Mark and get him to agree with the idea.

Hyunjin was amazed but grateful at how the two reacted to his request, he knew that Mark was ready to move forward with his treatment and they will make it happen that much faster, Hyunjin just had to slowly ease Mark back in to the world of interaction.

Mark was nervous to say the least. Hyunjin told him that he needed to talk to him and that it was urgent in regards to his treatment. He didn't know what to expect from the doctor, Mark walked in slowly, his blue jumper being to big for him giving him sweater paws. Hyunjin had told Mark to take a seat and so Mark shuffled in to Hyunjin's office and sat down.

"Mark, I had an idea on how we could attempt to increase the effectiveness of your treatment and hopefully get you off a few medications. But in order for it to work you have to have an open mind about this idea, I know how risky it is but I think you can do with the upgrade in your treatment." Hyunjin starts off and looks at Mark. Mark just nods his head willing to try anything Hyunjin was about to throw at him as he knew that Hyunjin would never force him to do something he didn't want to do.

"Well the idea is simple, I have found two patients who have conveniently became good friends recently and they are willing to help you in your treatment if you are willing to give it a go. Their names are Bambam and Yugyeom both are the same age and are younger than you by a few years. They are willing to meet you in your room once a week until you feel comfortable with them. If at anytime you want to stop the interactions I am willing to let you do so. But if you don't want to stop the interactions maybe you could show them the music room and see if they can play any instruments and all of that type of stuff, that way you aren't lonely in there." Hyunjin says trying to paint a mental image in Mark's head for what could possibly be his future. 

Mark seemed to like the idea as he nodded his head a smile starting to form and his excitement grew the tiniest bit as he was excelling in his current treatment. The faster he got out the faster he could be with his father. He missed his father dearly, although he came to visit every second day during visiting hours Mark missed his father and wanted to go home with him eventually. Hyunjin was glad to see the glint of hope and excitement in Mark's eyes as the boy thought about his future and the many possibilities.

All of Hyunjin's idea was falling in to place all he needed now for it to work and then slowly he could start getting Mark to interact with other paitents in the facility and hopefully get out of here after many long years of loneliness and isolation.
