As Bambam sat there with Yugyeom cuddled up in his arms, he thought over what he had said to the younger male who was emitting soft snores from his slightly parted lips;

~ Flash Back ~

If you need to cry, cry. I won't judge you. Don't cry on your own anymore. If you need to cry lean on me and let me help you through whatever demons you are fighting on your own. but also...Stop smiling if you are not happy, the next time you smile at me, show me a real one. No more fakes between us, I want to help you smile a genuine and bright one.

~ End Flash Back ~

Bambam smiled to himself as he remembers the words that left his mouth until an unfamiliar feeling. Bambam at first brushed this thought aside until Bambam felt something seeping into his sweatpants he was currently wearing.

Bambam softly moved Yugyeom to the side to inspect what was happening when he finally saw what it was. The all too familiar sight being a lot for Bambam to take in. the crimson liquid staining not only his pants but the bed sheets too. Bambam stood up and went over to his drawers pulling out another pair of pants before taking his own off and quickly exchanging them for the cleaner pair.

Bambam then looked over at Yugyeom and saw that the sleeve of the long sleeved shirt he had been wearing was now dripping with the crimson liquid on to the floor. Bambam ran over faster than he would have liked and lifted the sleeve to reveal the crimson lines still leaking the thick liquid. Bambam was thankful that he had supplies stored away, he quickly walked over to his drawer and grabbed his personal first aid kit.

He grabbed the bandage and ran back over to the bleeding male making quick use of his knowledge and secured the bandage around his wrist just tight enough to stop the bleeding. Bambam then walked over to Yugyeom's drawer and grabbed a clean long sleeve. He walked over to the younger and slowly peeled the blood stained shirt of the younger's body, mindful that there could be scars somewhere else, and true to his assumption the younger's torso was littered with scars.

But what shocked Bambam the most was how well sculpted the younger was. The scars that littered Yugyeom's torso also helped define his body. Bambam sat there wide eyed as he took in the sight. He was quickly snapped out of his thoughts when Yugyeom began to whimper. Bambam quickly but gently slid the fabric over Yugyeom's head and made sure he was comfortable before getting up and hiding the shirt for the night.

Without fail, Yugyeom whimpers again, but this time Bambam watches a little more before watching a tear slip down the younger's cheek. Bambam felt something turn in him. He rushed over to the other and picked him up bridal style carrying the younger over to his own bed even though he struggled to carry the older and heavier male. Bambam used one hand to lift up the blankets before carefully placing Yugyeom in the bed.

Bambam then slid in next to Yugyeom and pulled the younger closer towards him. Bambam wanted to stay up and watch over the younger, just in case he woke up crying or something similar. But the ultimately became very difficult as the warmth radiating from Yugyeom's body made Bambam want to sleep. The last thing Bambam remembers was how warm and cuddly Yugyeom was.

__

This is how Yugyeom woke up the next day, limbs entangled with that of the older's but for some reason Yugyeom didn't hate it. He felt weird. Yugyeom had lived in the dark for majority of his life. Could this possibly be the start of living in the light for the younger? Yugyeom hoped this wouldn't be another trick, but that of a beginning of something pure, something so real.
