Chapter 38 You Killed Her!

Y/N's pov

  "I saw you die!" I yelled looking at my former guard "How are you here?"
"The dark can play tricks on your eyes." She smirked, her hazel eyes staring directly into my own E/C ones "I'm glad to see your well Y/N. How've you been?"
"Besides everyone thinking I killed Blood." I muttered "Peachy."
  "Sorry about that." She chuckled brushing a brown wave of hair from her face "But Blood deserved to die. After everything she's done."
  "Wait what do-" I paused "You killed her! B-but she was burned alive!"
  "Surprise. Surprise." The women smirked, her hand creating a orange yellow flame "After you escaped Blood thought the perfect punishment was to experiment on me as well. I luckily was able to set myself free after what she liked to call her freezing test."
  "You killed her!" I yelled "Why? Everything was fine!"
  "After what she did to you!" She yelled "You're defending her? I thought you out of all people would want her dead! You should be thanking me!"
"I don't kill people!" I growled, my hands turning blue with flames "I'm sorry but I can't let you go free after murdering someone!"
She created a flame wall around her as I ran at her pushing me back. I hissed in anger before swinging my foot under her and knocking her down. She pushed herself up in a back bend position and kicked me against my jaw.
Blood dripped down my lips as I ran at her once more slamming her body against a tree. I held her with one hand against her neck as the other was in a fist. I smashed my hand against her nose, hearing a crack before jumping back.
  She was about to attack jump attack me when black magic wrapped around her, stopping her. I turned towards the cliff and smiled seeing my team. Cy and Robyn ran down grabbing the brunette before cuffing her. She tried to melt the cuffs but I watched as nothing happened.
  "Fire resistant." Robyn spoke "Zena Shallow you're under arrest for the murder of Sister Blood?"
"Z-Zena?" I asked "That's your name? Robyn how do you know her name? I don't even know it."
"It's the name she used in her application for the prison." Robyn said "I'm not sure if it's real."
"W-Wait!" I yelled as Robyn was leading her back up the cliff "The lab in Steel City! Can you tell us where it is?"
"Just remember." Zena smirked "The point between Steel and trees where the sun shines at its peak."
I was gonna ask her what she meant but Zena just smiled keeping her mouth shut. I turned to Robyn and Cy who just nodded before heading up the cliff.
"Oh Friend Y/N!" Bolt yelled pulling me into a tight hug "You are the alright!"
"Yeah!" I smiled hugging my best friend back "Sorry for this mess."
"You didn't do anything." Rave said as I pulled out of Bolt's arms. I ran towards my boyfriend tackling him in a hug "I missed you too.." He muttered kissing my head "Do you have any idea what she meant?"
"I think.." I muttered "We need to go to Steel City so I can look around. Beast Girl go with Cy and Robyn. Bolt and Rave you're with me."
