Chapter 12 You Scared?

Y/N's pov

"Yes I'm terrified." I sighed looking at controller "Of a girl who looks like a couch potato."
"You will be!" She said shooting her remote at a cardboard cutout "Fear it!"
I just rolled my eyes before lighting it on fire and watching it burn. Controller froze staring at me giving Robyn the chance to knock the remote out of her hands. Once she was taken away BG grabbed a DVD and ran to the cashier who gave it to her for free.
"Yes!" She yelled "Movie night!"
  I rolled my eyes, at least it was a horror movie. I followed the others and sat in the T-Car as the boys flew home. Once there bolt grabbed some popcorn as I sat next to Rave before Bolt took the spot on my other side, Robyn by him. BG placed the movie in called "Wicked Scary", let's see if it can stand up to the name.
I sat there board as the others jumped around minus Rave, he's face did show signs of fear though. The movie was somewhat scary I guess, nothing great in my mind. But that's probably because of all the real life horrors I've lived through that it didn't bug me.
"That was.." Robyn started "Horrifying!"
Bolt had his face in Robyn's arms as BG and Cy hugged on to each other. I just rolled my eyes before standing up to get a drink.
"That had to of Scared you!" BG said to Rave "Admit it!"
"I don't do fear." He sighed "I will not say it again."
I giggled to myself, he may say he wasn't scared but I saw it in his eyes. It was kinda cute. I snuck behind BG before yelling boo.
"What the hell!" She cried "Why Y/N?"
"Don't pick on Rave." I smirked "That movie kinda blew. I expected more."
"What do you mean by more?" Cy asked "That was terrifying!"
"Not really." I sighed "I guess I'm kinda immune to horror after how bad my life's been. You gotta remember I was tortured for about half my life. Being taken again is the one thing besides losing you guys that terrifies me."
  "Don't worry." Robyn smiled "We'll find the people that did this to you again. And they won't be so lucky next time! Our main priority last time was to get you home."
  I nodded my head when a scream filled the air. The lights suddenly turned off as another scream filled the room. Bolt and I each used our powers to shine light in the room. I turned when I heard scratching against one of the walls, I froze for a moment seeing the monster from the movie. The others gasped as I threw a fireball at it, nothing happened. I grabbed Rave's hand and the six of us ran out of the room.
"Could it be Controller?" Cy asked "Revenge after we beat her?"
"We should split up." Robyn said "See if we can find anything!"
"Split up! Did you not see that monster!" BG cried "We split up I'm the first to go! The monsters gonna eat me! Everyone knows the pretty comic relief girl is the first to go! That's me!"
"Get a grip Beast Girl!" Robyn said "The monsters not gonna eat anybody!"
"She's right." Rave said "There's nothing to be afraid of."
Just then tentacles belonging to the monster shot out of the dark hallway grabbing BG! She started to scream I told you so as she was taken away.
"This has to be Controller!" Robyn said "Let's go see if the remote is still in the place we left it."
As we headed to the artifact room the monster came out of the dark grabbing the girls. Bolt and I shot at it but nothing seemed to stop it.
"My powers!" Rave yelled out in shock "Are gone!"
I ran up to the monster and jumped onto it slamming a fireball in its face. It let go of Cy and Robyn before vanishing. I helped the girls up before we started to walk. The remote was still where Robyn had left it once we walked into the room, that meant Controller wasn't behind this.
"If it's not Controller." Robyn spoke "It might have something to do with-"
Before she could finish tentacles wrapped around her mouth and body pulling her towards the wall. Cy grabbed her hand but wasn't strong enough to stop it.
"Damn it!" She cursed "We need power back before we do anything. Let's go!"
I nodded my head before grabbing onto Rave's hand as Bolt clung to Cy. The four of us headed to the basement looking for the back up generator. Something ran by Bolt's feet causing him to shoot at it. I noticed it was a rat, but their eyes looked off, they where red and there was four instead of two. It looked familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it as Bolt started to yell. Rats started to surround him before completely consuming his body.
  We ran up stairs as the monster came back causing Cy to push Rave and I out of the room before closing the door. I heard Cy scream as I squeezed onto Rave's hand before we ran down the hall. A giant black rat was chasing us before Rave pulled me into the elevator smashing buttons on the control panel. I clung onto his arm, terrified. My fear was coming true I was losing all my friends.
"Rave." I yelled "The floor look!"
Mud filled the elevator as I was pulled into Rave's arms. The mud went over our heads before the elevator door opened causing us to slid out into the living room. I froze seeing the room filled with creatures of the dark.
"Rave!" I cried "I'm scared!"
  "I am too!" He yelled "But that doesn't mean I can't fight them! I won't let them take you!"
  A black Raven filled the room consuming all the creatures before the lights turned on and the rain stopped. I looked up to see the others running threw the door towards us. Robyn explained how it was Rave's powers and how he needed to admit to himself he was scared to get them back, that his emotions caused this.
  "Never the again!" Bolt yelled "No more of the movies of horror."
  "You're no fun." I giggled still sitting in Rave's arms "You scared?"
