Chapter 24 Survivor

Y/N's pov

  It had been five months since my kidnapping and Rave and Robyn saving me. Robyn had finally been able to fully hack the files she had downloaded from the lab, us being too busy with attacks and the issue with a Terry to have done it sooner. I sat in between Bolt and Rave as Robyn plugged her laptop into the widescreen in the living room.
  "So what I found.." Robyn sighed "Is disturbing. It's every part of your life when you were with these people Y/N."
She pressed on a button on her laptop and the screen was covered with pictures and charts. I froze seeing a picture of when I first got there, it being dated.
  "Aww look at friend Y/N!" Bolt gushed "She's so cute!"
  "Bolt." I sighed patting my best friends shoulder "Not the right time."
"According to what I found." Robyn said looking at us "You weren't the only one experimented on. There were nine others."
"Nine!" I said in shock "Does the files say where they are?"
"They all died." Our leader spoke looking at me, I felt my body freeze "Everyone of them was given and tested the same way you were. The only difference was you escaped before they could finish. The files stated that every last one died from the last test."
  "So just the last test killed them?" BG asked as  I placed my hand in Rave's. I did not like this at all "What was it?"
  "You know how Y/N isn't affected by fire." Robyn said "They wanted to modify the body to be able to basically be consumed by fire and never be put out, the inside and outside. What I learned is that Y/N's outer skin and airway is protected from the heat and smoke, not her organs. The test subjects were cooked alive from the inside."
"Robyn." Rave finally spoke "Do you think these people could be looking for more kids to be experimented on?"
"Possibly." Robyn sighed "After we got Y/N back from that lab Cy and I went back to the same area to find it cleared out a day later. Whoever is in charge is smart, really smart."
"We'll stop them!" I growled standing up "Not just for me but for those kids who lost their lives to these people!"
