Chapter 15 Trying To Take Home Away

Y/N's pov

  "You guys see that!" BG cried "What was that?"
  "Looked like a giant mechanical worm." I said "We should follow it!"
  The others nodded as we headed to the giant hole the worm left. We had saw it once we arrived in the city slithering around and fought it before it started creating a hole. I turned to look a Terry still having a weird feeling about him, back at the tower even Robyn agreed with me after Rave felt something. I could tell she didn't fully trust him either especially after I told her what Terry had said to me last time before the three of us ran to catch up to the others. Durning the fight Rave and Terry had fought over a rock, Rave afraid Terry would hurt somebody. We were about to follow it when Robyn's communicator went off showing slade's masked face and long white hair.
  "Robyn good to see you again." She spoke "Hope I haven't called at a bad time."
"The worm!" Robyn growled "What are you planning?"
"Well Robyn if you're so curious." Slade spoke "Why don't you come down here to find out?"
  She then hung up and I just sighed. Should of know it was Slade doing this. I walked next to Rave and Robyn creating a flame in my hands as we walked down the dark tunnel. Cy behind us with Bolt using her flashlight on her shoulder and Bolt using his star beam to give off more light. BG and Terry were in the very back talking as the seven of us walked deeper into the tunnel.
"Rave!" Terry called, Rave stopped walking with me as BG took our place "I'm sorry about earlier. I shouldn't of fought with you. You know I would let anyone get hurt dude." Rave just sighed 'whatever' "Look I don't know what your problem is! Get over it! If I'm gonna be apart of this team we need to get along."
"You aren't part of this team." Rave growled "Not yet! And if you ever endanger my friends or Y/N again you won't be! And if I say something's to dangerous take my word for it and I'm still pissed about what you said to Y/N last you were here!"
  Rave grabbed my hand and pulled me back up front with him towards Robyn. They both made good points, Rave and Terry do need to get along but Terry needs to listen to the others to not endanger anyone. I listened as Terry and BG talked my hand still in Rave's.
"Why the hell does he hate me." Terry sighed "He's always mad at me!"
"Rave kinda hates everyone, well besides Y/N." BG chuckled "He still needs to get used to you. Hell I think he's still getting used to me and we've know each other for almost a year now. But what did he mean he's still mad about what you said to Y/N?"
"I was angry because I thought you told them how I couldn't control my powers." Terry sighed "I accidentally took it out on her and said some mean things to her. I really need to apologize to her."
I sighed listening to what he said. Maybe he was sorry but I still didn't trust him yet. I squeezed Rave's hand as we kept walking.
  We ended up reaching a dead end and Robyn and Cy talked about hearing a heart beat. Terry was about to get rid of the rock when another earthquake happened, he fell into the two of us as Rave gave him a death glare.
  "Really." Terry sighed "You gonna give me that look every time there's an earthquake?"
Before Rave could say anything the ground shook again and three worms came out of the ground looking like they where about to attack. But instead each made a new tunnel going farther into the rock.
  "They aren't after us." I said "We aren't their target. This isn't good. One worm was bad but three could destroy anything."
  "We need to split up. Bolt, Cy, BG follow the worms." Robyn said "Y/N, Rave, and Terry you're with me."
"Bolt, BG!" Cy yelled "Let's go!"
"I can make the tunnel on my own." Terry said "Shouldn't they go help the others?"
"No Rave is almost as good as you moving rock." Robyn said "We are breaking through solid rock you're gonna need help. Y/N is backup incase something happens her flames might not be able to break rock like you two but incase we get attacked when you two are busy we need her. I got a signal 40 degrees down 600 meters deep. Let's get going."
The two of them nodded and started to break the rock. I rolled my eyes as they started to argue as Robyn typed on her communicator.
"This rock isn't safe." Robyn said slowly looking up "just take it... slow?"
"There's no use trying to stop them." I sighed as they kept digging faster "I don't think I've ever seen Rave like this. It's kind cute seeing him mad."
"I just hope they can focus." Robyn muttered "Come on don't let them get to far ahead."
  I kept burning scattered rocks that could fly back and almost hit Robyn and I as the boys kept going faster. I guess I was needed to make sure these two didn't accidentally kill our leader. A few minutes later the two of them dug us into a room and we all froze.
"Look more worms!" I yelled jumping out of the hole and towards the computer, I froze looking at it "Robyn they are-"
"Robyn!" Cy's voice was heard from out communicators "They are attacking the tower! Titans tower!"
"They aren't just attacking." Robyn spoke in shock "They are gonna bury it!"
  The boys tried throwing rocks as I hit it with flames. Nothing was even hurting it. I growled and followed Robyn to the computer.
  "We can't break it!" She growled "We might be able to hack it this computer then!"
She worked on it when a foot kicked her in the face. I looked up to see Slade attacking Robyn. Our leader yelled at us to keep working on hacking the drill as she fought Slade in an elevator. I started to hack, something Robyn had been teaching me when Terry lifted up a rock ready to destroy it.
"Don't!" Rave growled stoping him "We don't know what destroying it will do!"
"It might help!" Terry yelled "We need to save our home!"
"And destroying it might make it worse!" Rave yelled back "It could end up getting rid of our home!"
"Why don't you just trust me!" Terry yelled "Everyone but you and Y/N trust me!"
"Because you need to earn it! I have to meditate everyday to keep my powers under control! And I'm supposed to believe you can just control yours now!" Rave fired back as I continued to hack "and you haven't earned my trust yet!"
"Then how!" Terry growled still fighting Rave "How do I earn it!"
"Trust me!" Rave said "Trust me on this for once okay!"
I heard the rock be placed down as Rave ran toward me with Terry behind him. A rock started to fall and Rave grabbed my waist pulling me  back before I was hit. The crushed machine started making the worms go faster.
"Okay you were right." Terry sighed "Destroying it wouldn't of helped! Now what?"
"Guys look!" I cried "It's falling! The tower!"
"Y/N!" Rave yelled "Go find Robyn!"
I nodded my head and ran off as the two boys started to lift the rock back up. I helped Robyn off the ground destroying any rock close to hitting us as she called Cy.
"The tower it's coming back!" BG yelled "Thanks to Terry."
"And Rave." I spoke "They are working together!"
  I ran over to the two of them giving Terry a high five before hugging Rave. He just smirked down at me pulling me close before teleporting us back to the tower.
  I hid in the dark room with the others a Rave led Terry to his new room. When to lights turned on we all yelled surprise. Before Rave gave him his communicator.
  "Welcome." He said "To the teen titans."
  "Thank you guys!" Terry yelled running up and hugging all the girls and fist bumping the guys before he turned to me "Y/N I'm sorry for last time. I was just so mad, I'm so sorry for what I said."
  "it's fine." I smiled "You're good."
  "Thank you!" He yelled pulling me into a bone crushing hug "Thank you all."
  I nodded my head before leaving him and BG alone to talk. I held onto Rave's hand, my bad feeling was still lingering.
