*Megatron's POV*

Megatron flies Y/n to Tarantulas's lab. He wanted to be where she would be safe and away from Cryotek. He made sure that the lab was well defended before leaving Y/n with Tarantulas. Megatron leaves and flies over to the home where the Maximals live. He was going to need a bit of back-up to this fight and he'd rather be prepared to take Cryotek's spark than let him live. With all that he has done to Y/n and now her family, Cryotek was too dangerous to let live. "Need to make sure that Cryotek is destroyed once and for all," said Megatron to himself. He lands in front of Optimus Primal's house and changes back to his human form. He hurries to the front door and knocks on the door. After a few minutes, Optimus opens the door.

"Megatron? What are you doing here?" Optimus Primal asks.

"I need your help. Cryotek kidnapped Y/n's kids and Rodney's girlfriend helped him out with it. I need your help to save Y/n's kids," said Megatron.

"Where is Y/n anyways?"

"She is back at Tarantulas's lab. Both are armed to the teeth in case Cryotek tries to attack the lab."

"Why are you coming to me about this now? Why haven't you dealt with Cryotrk earlier on?"

"He disappeared the night he tried to get Y/n at her own home. I've been trying to find him ever since. We need to act now. I don't want Y/n's kids getting hurt."

"Give me a minute to get ready. Do you have any idea where he might be hiding?"

Megatron shakes his head. "I have no idea where his lab is. We check the building back at Primus University where he used to teach at. His lab wasn't there."

"Did you ever think it could be underground?"

"We checked the basement level of the University as well and..." Megatron turns his attention to his phones which was ringing. He quickly answers it. "What is it now, Tarantulas."

"You need to find Chro. One of the students back at the campus said they spotted a raven perched on main building. Capture him and make him lead you to Cryotek." Tarantulas hangs up.

"Looks we just a solution to our problem," said Megatron as he puts his phone away.

"Seems that way," said Optimus Primal.

"Shall we get going?"

After a couple of hours of chasing after a raven, Megatron, in his Beast Mode, finally had Chro pinned beneath his talons. "Listen here, bird brain. You better take us to Cryotek or I'll make sure you get a slow and painful death."

Chro struggles beneath Megatron's grip.

"Megatron you won't get anywhere with brute force," said Optimus Primal. He was in his Robot Mode. (At this point, around the same time as Cheetor, Optimus Primal is now a Transmetal 2.)

"You have no idea the pain that Cryotek has caused Y/n."

"Megatron we all know what had happened. But that doesn't mean to take your anger out on Chro. Wait until you face Cryotek. But you need to remember to think before you act."

It was then that Megatron gets an idea. He uses his talons to cut the primary flight feathers from Chro's right wing. "Now he won't be able to get very far." Megatron looks down at Chro. "I suggest you lead us to your master." Megatron lifts his talons off of Chro.

Chro starts to run away but Megatron blocks his path. Smoke and sparks threatening to escape from Megatron's jaws.

"We can do this the easy way or the hard way, Chro!" Megatron roars. He wasn't having any of Chro's nonsense. All he wanted, at this point, was to see Y/n happy again. He knew she was still hurt over what Rodney had done to her and her kids. Megatron wanted to see Y/n have a true smile of happiness on her face. No more sadness in her eyes or just a half smile, one of mild amusement. Megatron watches Chro as he tries to half hop half run towards one of the buildings towards the far end of the campus. The building that Chro was heading towards was in ruins. Cracks where in the walls, windows were cracked and broken pieces of glass missing. Even the brickwork of the building had some chunks missing here and there. It takes a bit but Chro eventually makes it to the building. He cares at the door a couple of times before hopping through the door frame, which part of the door was missing.

Megatron changes back to his human form. "Revert to your human form, Optimus, otherwise it will be restrained movement from here on out," said Megatron.

Optimus Primal changes back to his human form as well. "Being cautious I see."

"Y/n's kids are in danger. I'd rather make sure they don't die." Megatron squeezed through the hole in the door. Once though, he breaks it off of its frame, allowing Optimus Primal to get through.

"What's Y/n to you? You don't even have a spark bond with her."

Megatron looks back at Optimus Primal before continuing down the ruined hallway, stepping around pieces of rubble. "We shared a forced sparkbond that was caused when I saved Y/n's life from energon poisoning. What Cryotek did, which we found out not long afterwards by security camera, he had swapped one of the cupcakes meant for Cybertronion consumption before one of the cafeteria staff brought them out. Because our only two options was either to give her a blood transfusion from an applicable blood donor or let her die a painful death. Tarantulas and I decided to let her live. At the time we didn't know what the consequences would be." Megatron moves a piece of wall out of the way to clear a path for Optimus Primal. "Because I was the blood donor, we ended up creating a forced spark bond between ourselves. Tarantulas helped her sever it and I didn't like it."

Megatron stops in his tracks, Chro was a ways a head of them, sees Chro go into one of the rooms. "So I've been trying to figure out when it would be best for us to do a proper spark bond. The only problem is whenever I tried to ask Y/n about it, something always comes up," said Megatron.

"You can always do what Dinobot did and give Y/n a piece of your spark to her," suggests Optimus Primal.

"I don't want to do that with Y/n. Because of the blood transfusions that Tarantulas had given her, the first to save her life and the second to flush out whatever else was left of Cryotek's blood, Y/n's body had adapted to my blood. I have a feeling she will be strong enough for a spark bond."

"Just remember you will live with the consequences if she dies from it."

"I know. I'll face it when the time comes." Megatron was now a couple door lengths away from the room that Chro went into. "Its time to deal with Cryotek and rip his spark out."

"We don't need to rip his spark out. Maybe he can be..."

Megatron looks back at Optimus Primal, fire burning in his eyes. "There will be no second chances for Cryotek. He nearly killed Y/n in his quest for his own personal greed. And now he's kidnapped her kids. I'm my eyes, ther will be no way he can redeem himself."

Optimus Primal, at this point, has no choice but to face the facts. Megatron was on a war path now but not for revenge. He's doing it out of love and protecting what is his.
