Kageyama:

The school day seemed to drag, then again any school day seemed to drag. Kageyama watched as the hand on the clock continued ticking down to soon signify the end of the class. He was starting to get a little restless knowing that lunch would be next after this class.

Although he knew next to nothing when it came to dating, Kageyama was really curious as to how dates normally went? 'What do I wear? Where do we go? What do we talk about? WHAT DO I TALK ABOUT?' I mean of course he knew how to keep a conversation going....

'Do I know how to keep a conversation going?' He second guessed himself while looking down at his text back and began to think about what he even talked about with others. I guess if it wasn't volleyball or school, there was really nothing else.
'Fuck, I'm boring as hell.' He groaned as he laid his head on the desk. He tuned out the teacher and continued watching the clock. There was only a couple minutes left and given that he hadn't paid attention throughout the class period he figured he wasn't going to start paying attention now.

With that the bell rang and students collected their belongings as they made their ways out the door to meet their friends or dip out of school or whatever the hell they did. Kageyama, also making his way out the room, decided to go to the rooftop of the gym building. It was usually where he went when he wasn't in the mood to go to the cafe to get lunch, most of the time he would just bring something from home. He texted Ennoshita that he would be on the rooftop of the gym and would wait for him there.

Once at the rooftop, he settled near the edge and sat down. A few minutes passed before Ennoshita showed up and greeted the younger male. "Hey Kags, did you wait long?" Ennoshita asked as he took a seat next to him.

"Hey. No, I just got here a few minutes ago." They sat there in silence for a couple minutes before Ennoshita spoke up.

"Alright, let's talk about date ideas. Are you gonna' remember this or should you write this down?" He asked. Kageyama quickly pulled out a notebook and a pencil so he could write down anything useful.

"Okay, what are some things that you know Shōyō likes?" Ennoshita asked.

"Uhhh, he likes volleyball?" Kageyama said, not confident with his only answer. He looked over at his captain who looked as if he was contemplating jumping off the rooftop.

"You're joking right?? That can't be the only thing you know about Shōyō. You guys have known each other for a couple years now." He said.

"Look I know who Hinata is as an individual. If we ever hung out it was usually to play volleyball and it was never just the two of us. So there was always someone to carry a conversation." Tobio responded.

"Baakkaa. Is there anything else that you could possibly remember?" Ennoshita continued asking, hope in his voice. They sat there silently while Kageyama looked at the blank notebook as he tried to think..

"Mmm.. his favorite food is tamago gohan but he also likes meat buns. His favorite color is yellow but not neon. He doesn't mind it, he just doesn't prefer it. He loves rainy days, likes the smell of outside when it rains. Although he complains when it's too rainy out. He doesn't like when it gets too cold out. So winter is a big no. He thinks it's pretty but he personally rather not be in it. I don't know. Basic things I guess is what I remember when he's ranting about things." Kageyama looked up and saw the small smile on Ennoshita's face.

"What?" He asked.

"Nothing. It's just cute that you know that. Here I thought that you were completely moronic." The older male said with a chuckle.
