Hinata:
'Fuck.' He thought. Hinata stared at Kageyama as he remained in the awkward position he was in trying to get off the bed.
"L-look, I don't know how I-I ended up in y-your bed w-with you... but I s-swear it wasn't intentional." He stuttered, getting off the bed and stood there uncomfortably.
"Relax orange. I laid you down because you looked uncomfortable." Kageyama tried reassuring him with a smirk plastered on his face.
'Don't say that so naturally you punk!' Hinata screamed internally.
"H-how are you feeling?" Shōyō asked, changing the subject.
"Better really. I was just really worn out and the headache wasn't helping whatsoever... but thanks for all the supplies." Kageyama answered with a small chuckle.
Hinata nodded as he peeked at the time on Tobio's alarm clock, 7:00 pm.
'Shit, I slept that long? It's late.'
"I, uh, should get going." Hinata said slowly making his way towards the door.
"Woah, hold on. Aren't you going to help me eat all the food you bought?" Kageyama questioned.
"Umm... well it's getting kinda' late..." Hinata answered nervously as he looked at the ground.
There was a small silence before Tobio spoke up again.
"You can spend the night... I mean what if I get sick again throughout the night? I won't have anyone here to check up on me." Kageyama said with a rather forced cough.
'My heart is too fucking weak for this right now.' He thought to himself.
Hinata rolled his eyes at the fake cough but at the same time his anxiety was betraying him as he thought about Kageyama getting worse throughout the night.
Finally after a couple minutes of internal debating he nodded his head.
"Fine, I'll stay."

Kageyama:
Tobio felt a little bad as he selfishly convinced Hinata to spend the night but he just wanted to have the other male near him. All Kageyama knew at the moment was that for whatever reason, Hinata's presence helped him sleep peacefully. Which was a little ironic considering that the last time Hinata was there and not conscious, Kageyama couldn't sleep for shit BECAUSE he was there. The change in their dynamic had clearly changed some. The thought made Kageyama smile.
"Thanks shrimp for taking care of me. Even under that short temper of yours, you somehow can manage to be so sweet." He said, a playful smile on his face.
Kageyama watched as Shōyō's face, which was back to its normal skin tone, turned back to its flushed red color only causing Kageyama to burst out laughing.
"Yaaahh... y-you know I can j-just leave!" Hinata yelled as he tried to stomp out the room.
Tobio grabbed Hinata's arm to hold him from going any further.
"I'm kidding!" Kageyama chuckled, "No, but really Orange, thank you." He finished with a sincere smile.
"Tch. Yeah you're welcome asshole. Take better care of yourself. Let's go warm up the food." Hinata replied as he pulled his arm back from Kageyama's grasp and began to make his was to the desk.
"W-woah hold on!" Kageyama shouted as he sprung out the bed to get to the desk first in attempt to hide his things.
"I-I got it." He said. Tobio looked back at Hinata who wore a confused look on his face.
"You by any chance.... see what was on my desk?" Kageyama asked.
He continued to look at Shōyō as he watched the corner of his mouth start to curve up.
Kageyama groaned in embarrassment as the small facial expression itself answered his question.
Hinata giggled, "It's cute that you're doing all this 'research' Kageyama..." he started as he walked up to Kageyama, " but you really need to take good care of your body. Need to have you nice and healthy for our date right?"
While standing on his tippy toes, Hinata reaches up and places a gentle pat on Kageyama's head. The kind gesture made his creeping blush darken.
'Fuck why is that so cute?' He asked himself.
Kageyama cleared his throat.
"Uh, l-let's go eat."
