Y/n's POV
After a while, we headed over to the theatre for more practice to get ready.
At the end, right before we left, Y/f/n said,
"Guess who is going to turn 24 on Friday???" (I changed the age from 21 to 23, sorry not sorry. I wanted their ages to be closer. Please just go with it, please I beg you!!! Okay now back to the story)
"Y/f/n! I said we weren't going to talk about this!!!" I shouted across the room to her, making everyone laugh.
"HAHA!" She playfully laughed at me, making everyone, even me, laugh.
"So, it's your birthday on Friday?" Kerry asked, walking beside me towards the back of the house (the house is the theatre term for the seats) with everyone else to leave.
"Yeah, I don't like big parties or anything, I don't really like big crowds. I mean, performing doesn't bother me because I can't see their faces and if they're fans I'm usually okay," I told Kerry, Rob listening to me too.
"Okay, good to know..." Rob trailed off, making me look at him suspiciously.
"You better not be planning a party for me!" I told him sternly, making the three of us laugh.
"You guys wanna join us for a walk around the park?" Y/f/n asked, walking up to us with Alex in tow.
"Sure, is Kate going to join us?" I asked.
"Yeah, we're going to meet her there," Y/f/n explained.
"Who's Kate?" Rob and Kerry asked.
"She's my girlfriend," Y/f/n said shyly.
"Awww, I can't wait to meet her!" Kerry said excitedly, making all of us laugh.
When we reached the park, Y/f/n got ambushed as Kate ran over to her and picked her up, twirling her around before setting her back down.
"Good to see you too Kate!" Y/f/n giggled while blushing.
"Who are the newcomers?" Kate said, adding, "Welcome to the party, we are honored to have you join us!"
Kerry laughed before saying,
"I'm Kerry and this is Rob. I think you might know who we are if you know these three already."
"Maybe I do Adam and Barbara! I'm Kate, I work at the G Triple C. Nice to meet you two," Kate said happily.
"Nice to meet you too Kate!" Rob replied.
"So Y/n, about that party on Friday-" Kate started to say before I interrupted.
"No! It's not happening, no way. I'll stop you right there kind lady, there will be nothing of the sort!" I said in my best royalty accent, like how a queen would sound when giving orders.
"But your Majesty, I want a cake, if not for you, then for me," Kate proposed, looking at me intensely.
"Very well, but it must be an ice cream cake, nothing more nothing less!" I ordered, trying to sound stern but failing miserably, making all of us laugh.
"Very well then, your Majesty, an ice cream cake it is," Kate replied smoothly, making all of us laugh again.
(Sorry if you're lactose intolerant, don't like ice cream cake or something else, you can change it if you want to, but it will fit the story more if you keep it. If you are lactose intolerant, or just can't have milk, then you could make it a nut milk instead, just saying...)
"Well, I should get going, I have to get the kids dinner," Kerry said.
"Yes, I should get home as well," Rob said.
"Bye guys!" Y/f/n, Alex, Kate, and I said, waving goodbye to them as they left.
"Kate, you wanna go to dinner with me?" Y/f/n asked.
"I'd love to, do you two want to come with?" Kate asked Alex and I, making Alex say,
"No thanks I have to check in on Kevin, would her gothy Majesty like to join me?"
I laughed saying,
"Of course, I have to meet my King!" I said, joking around with him, making him chuckle and shake his head.
"See you two later!" Y/f/n said, leading Kate off to a restaurant.
"So, you ready?" Alex asked me, making me nod.
"Yes, what do you want to do when we get there?" I asked.
"Well, I could make dinner and then we could watch a movie," He proposed.
"Excellent idea, Squire! I shall claim it as my own!" I said, back in my royalty voice, Alex shaking his head, muttering,
"Goofball."
I laughed at him, and he quickly joined me. And then we started walking to his apartment.

Alex unlocked and opened the door to his apartment, letting me in. I heard a soft pitter-patter on the hardwood floor, and immediately knelt on the floor and saw Kevin come up to me and sniff me.
"Hey boy! The specialist King and handsomest boy around!" I said, petting Kevin.
"Hey! I thought I was the most handsome boy!" Alex exclaimed, placing a hand over his heart, looking offended.
"No, you're just the most prettiest boy," I teased, smiling, getting up off of the floor.
"Uh, Kevin, you got some stiff competition, my friend," Alex said, crossing his arms.
"Woof!" Kevin replied happily, making both of us laugh.
Kevin and I went into the living room while Alex went into the kitchen to make some food. I pulled up Amazon Prime on the tv and logged in with my account. I pulled up a movie for us to watch, and started it.
After about 5 minutes, Alex walked into the room holding to plates and handed me one while sitting down next to me.
"Oh, I hope you like Pizza Rolls," Alex said, looking at me expectingly.
I smiled back at him, saying,
"Thank you, this is perfect."
After we finished eating, he pulled a blanket from off of the back of the couch and covered us in it. About 1 hour into the movie, we started to cuddle and get comfortable with each other. Over time, I eventually fell asleep in Alex's lap while watching a different movie to him gently running his fingers through my hair.
