Aila's P.O.V
Nagising ako kinabukasan because of my mom. She's knocking on my door and telling me to get out.
"I'll just take a bath mom!"
Today is Saturday, my mom and dad's flight is scheduled today. My mom told me na sumama raw ako sa airport, pumayag ako dahil wala naman akong ibang gagawin today. Besides, wala pa rin reply si Carl sa message ko. I'm gonna call him later.
Nang makababa ako ay nakaready na ang mga gamit nila mami at dadi sa sala. Nag breakfast lang muna kami bago pumunta sa airport.
Nasa sasakyan na kami ng maisipan 'kong tawagan si Carl. His phone is ringing but he's not answering it. I felt so worried. My mom notice me and ask me what's wrong.
"I've been texting Carl since last night but he's not answering me. I'm calling him now pero wala pa rin." Nag-aalalang sabi ko kay mami. My mom and dad look at each other. Kumunot ang noo ko.
"Maybe his phone is on silent and he's still asleep. Don't think about it too much, my dear." My mom said and smiled sweetly to me.
One hour din ang naging byahe namin bago nakarating sa airport. I've been checking my phone every minute pero wala pa ring reply si Carl. I don't want to think any negative thoughts.
Pumasok na kami sa loob nila mami. Nang makaupo ako ay biglang may nagtakip ng mata ko using his hands.
"Guess who," I recognized Carl's voice kaya dali dali akong humarap sa kanya.
"Ohmyghad, bahbi!!!" I hugged him so tight.
"What happened to you? I was so worried, kagabi pa kita tinetext and I've been calling your phone early in the morning today." I sounded like a worried mom.
"Don't get mad at me, its tita's plan."
I look at my mom waiting for her to explain. My mom and my dad are smiling at us right now. I was so confused. Carl also has a luggage and it's two!!
" I just thought na maybe you two should also have a vacation. Me and your dad talk about it already. Si Carl ang pinag ayos ko ng mga damit nyo so you'll have no idea and you'll be surprised." I hugged the two of them and thanked them.
"Are we also going in Siargao?"
"No sweetie, sa Palawan kayo ni Carl." My mom said. Agad akong napatalon sa tuwa. I've been dreaming to go there since I was a kid!! I'm so excited.
"Enjoy your vacation, Carl yung mga binilin ko sayo." Paalala ni dadi.
"Yes po tito, enjoy din po kayo."
Nagpaalam na sila mami and dadi samin. Their flight is one hour early than ours. Naghintay pa muna kami ni Carl.
I've never been this excited for a vacation tapos kasama ko pa yung taong mahal ko. I am so blessed.
