Nothing can separate us from the love of God. This is the cornerstone of our faith- the love of Christ we could never have merited! We may have to go through afflictions, but rejoice in them! They have no power to separate us from the love of Christ!
Psalm 110
In Psalm 109 we see Jesus our Advocate against the accuser. In 110, we see He is the great High Priest and King. He will rescue His people and reign from everlasting to everlasting!
Genesis 8
The Lord is the Creator. He is in absolute control, sovereign even over nature. Reach out and pull others to safety. (Jude 22-23). Offer sacrifices to the Lord first. Give Him the best. Seek Him first!
Galatians 6
Don't be high and mighty. Don't consider yourself invincible and above attacks or falling. Continually be on your guard. Always be humble.
If you tell yourself you are a Christian, but continue to live after your flesh- be warned. God isn't mocked or fooled.
Watch and guard against weariness. Commit your self and life to God. Remain steadfast. Persevere. It's only those who remain faithful who will be rewarded. Don't give up. Press forward! Do good to all, but always prioritize 'good works' to fellow believers. Have no pride - only God is due the glory! Glory that He in His unmerited mercy saved you!
Shun the world, it's garbage in comparison to just knowing Christ. Love not the world. In Christ we are a new creature. Peace, mercy and grace is only in Jesus Christ... all else is counterfeit.
